Luxury Home in Desirable Sea Pines! Walk to Beach

Very nice property, there were glass shards in the master shower, and hot water was very slow to get to spigots. No hot water in kitchen, but was fine

We loved the home, with plenty of room for our multi-generational guy trip. A fun surprise was all of the wildlife! We had several visiting deer and enjoyed watching the gators chilling out in the pond.

Very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. There is a step down into the living room which you don’t notice because both floors are hardwood and the step will catch you off guard the first time. Beach is 1 mile walk from property starting on trail behind the house. We didn’t mind because we love to walk. We love all the bike trails and the beach is beautiful and not crowded in early October. Perfect for us.

Great stay! The location was super convenient, and the place was really clean—including the bathrooms, which we appreciated. The interior felt very welcoming with plenty of seating to hang out and relax. The kitchen was a great space to cook and gather. We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived, but the host responded quickly and got it sorted right away. Check-in and checkout were super easy too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location, fully stocked, and very clean. Had a blast with 2 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely rent again.

property was very clean and comfortable. We had great communication with host during our stay. The online description failed to mention that there was a step- down from eating area to family room/ sitting area. My elderly mother fell , as she missed seeing this step down, two times. I had reserved a one level home hoping to avoid any problems. We also weren't aware we didn't have access to a pool within complex. But otherwise , we were very happy with the accommodations!

House was in quiet area close to everything. Very clean and stocked. Would stay again!

Our stay here was great! Short walk to private beaches and easy accessibility to Harbor Town and South Beach. The kitchen was very modern and the patio/fire pit area was great to lounge on. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was a great place for me and my friends to enjoy a beach getaway. The house was perfect for us with comfortable beds, a large sectional and family room to hang out in, and a well equipped kitchen to cook our family style meals in. A nice added bonus was the plethora of board games available to us, made relaxing in the family room even more fun for us. It was also very clean and updated. We rented bikes to take us down to the beach which was very enjoyable and easy! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood super close to the forest preserve which was fun for us to explore and exercise in. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our stay at this home- we will definitely be back!

We checked into our rental property on June 21st, a group of 8 adults, one child, and an infant, expecting a peaceful stay. Among us was a 7-month pregnant lady, whose comfort was our top priority. However, the very next morning, we discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms. We promptly reported the issue at 8:30 AM via the 24-hour hotline, expecting swift action. We were assured that the matter was escalated and that the local manager, Erin, would contact us within 30 minutes to an hour. As time ticked past 10 AM with no word, we reached out again, only to be told that Erin was searching for an alternative property for us. By 11:30 AM, still without any communication, we visited the local Vacasa office seeking answers. It was then we learned that a pest control confirmation was required before any decisions could be made—a detail that should have been communicated from the start. At 1 PM, Erin finally reached out with alternative properties. I immediately accepted the offer to move, but the follow-up was non-existent. Calls to the hotline resulted in conflicting information about the possibility of moving and the laundering of our belongings. Promises of a hotel room and reimbursement were made and then abruptly disconnected. In the end, we were left stranded without accommodation for the evening, with only a refund of our booking as a resolution. The lack of communication, coordination, and empathy from Vacasa’s team was appalling.

This house fit our family perfectly. Very peaceful surroundings.
