Stayed Feb 15, 2025Great location. House is listed as Brand-New Home, but it is not Brand New. Bedrooms and stairs to downstairs and the game/theatre area is worn. Marked dirty walls. Old beds. Cheap sheets dirty couches. Kitchen was nice. Bathrooms have been updated. Lots of fun games/entertainment. Incorrect information on the website.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The house has everything you can imagine to have a wonderful time. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean and updated bathroom fixtures, multiple big screen TVs, and endless entertainment options; movies, gaming systems, arcade games, flight simulator, pool, foosball, etc. Our group had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We had a family trip to south lake and this home was perfect for a large family of all ages. Large enough and plenty of amenities. It could have been cleaner but overall a great stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We stayed here between Christmas and New Year's and had a wonderful time. There is no excuse for being bored at this house - there's everything to keep you entertained from a huge gaming and cinema setup to VR headsets, pool table and so much more. We had five boys from 8-25 years old, and they had an absolute blast. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the location is great for both Heavenly and Kirkwood.

Stayed Dec 20, 2022We stayed for two nights. There were a total of six of us—five college athletes—who were entertained by all of the amenities and privacy downstairs. There was over 1-2 feet of snow on the ground, which made the trip even better. The host was very helpful and attentive with the few questions we had. Another great time in Tahoe!

Stayed Jan 5, 2019Our whole family had a great time. Plenty of room for our party of 11. We all enjoyed the game room. The kids especially enjoyed sledding in the back yard. I would definitely book this Property again.
