The place was great! My only complaint is we could not connect to WiFi and we had people who needed to work. (Thank god I wasn’t one of them!!).. lol.. No one got back to us. It’s in a great location, absolutely loved it. It will not disappoint.

Wonderful place to stay in Lavalette!

The house is within a block of ice cream, seafood, bakery and liquor store--not to mention the beach! What more could you ask for! it is kind of close quarters with neighbors, but its the beach! Can't get used to having to bring ALL the bedding/pillows but that's thanks to covid. Would help to list that you have a Keurig for coffee. house was clean and comfortable for 3 generations!!!

Our plans the week before fell through due to a tropical storm. This unit was available and was perfect for us and our two sons. Just across 35N to the private beach, easy process to buy passes. Perfectly located to walk to the ocean or bay, as well as restaurants, bars, bagels, bakery, ice cream, etc. The home is large enough that another small family could have stayed as well and there are three parking spots.

Great location, great house, great stay

Loved the house, location and availability of owners to the very few little issues! Clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. Will definitely consider staying here again!!!!!!

the first comment is that we are reasonable & realistic in our expectations of rentals that we've been staying at over the years and want this to serve as constructive feedback in the spirit of improving this rental for future stays. The rear entrance door is misaligned and didn't latch or lock. This presented a concern about leaving valuables in the home during our stay. This was reported early in the week of our stay and never repaired. We were disappointed with how poorly equipped the house was in terms of utensils, pots & pans as well as bowls and other kitchen necessities. We even went and purchased a coffee maker because the home only had a one-cup Keurig machine. We've been staying in Lavallette for over 12 years and we always do lots of cooking. We had to borrow items from other homes that family members and friends were renting. For a house that can accommodate so many people, this needs to be made more sufficient. Cleanliness: Overall was okay. Mattress pads are stained, the metal grate in the base on the kitchen sink was covered in slime & mildew, the vacuum cleaner doesn't work effectively, even after cleaning all filters. Mats in bathrooms were not clean. Comforters/blankets in several closets were rolled up in balls upon our arrival instead of neatly folded. More attention to detail with weekly cleaning is needed, especially for the price of the rental.
