Only 20 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino!!

Place was beautiful! Rooms were clean. Everything was great. Beds were a little hard and no dish tabs for the dishwasher and no dish towels. Other than that it was marvelous! We will definitely book again when we come to Tampa!

Close to airport and yankee spring training field, bucs stadium. Spacious house, would definately rent again. Host helpful and quick to respond.

Our experience with this host took a frustrating turn due to a false damage claim. Shortly after informing the host that we found dead insects and hair on the bathroom wall next to the bath towels, we were shocked to receive a message accusing us of staining pillows with blood—pillows we never even touched! Just a few hours later, the host filed an insurance claim against us, falsely stating that we had damaged the pillows.Considering the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff, it’s entirely possible that the pillow stains had simply been overlooked. Rather than addressing this cleanliness issue, the host instead chose to retaliate with a baseless accusation.Additionally, the sofa in the rental was worn and in poor condition upon our arrival. He informed us that the worn sofa was the location of the pillows. This felt like a clear attempt to pass off preexisting wear and tear as guest damage in order to collect money.We take great care of every property we stay in and have never been the subject of any complaint. When we asked for proof or further explanation, we received nothing but vague claims.Travelers, beware—this host appears to use false claims as a way to extract money from guests. If you choose to stay here, document everything thoroughly upon arrival and departure. Vrbo should take action against such unethical behavior.

Great place, great location, Parking on the street is no big deal. The back yard is just a small concrete pad, not important to me. The overall decor is top notch. Place looks brand new with many flower arrangements located throughout the house. The small bedroom mattress was not that comfortable but other to choose from. Looking for a more upscale home, this is it.

Location was perfect for our needs. House was clean and ready when we got there.

The shower was awesome. The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but we experienced no issues. Parking is not great, but acceptable for 1 car.

Beautiful property. I was asked how everything was and told the peoperty manager the keurig didnt wor3 and received no response. The parking was on the front of the property near the sidewalk. Didnt know about the parking until the day orior to checking in.

My friends and I get together every year and experience new things, bond, and enjoy each others company. This home was the perfect home for that. The location was great to get around Tampa. The home was clean and spacious.

Stayed for a work trip. Everythinh was great and had a good visit.
