Our spacious 2000SF home is located across from the City Park and has easy access to ski shuttles and historic Main Street. Built in 2004, our 4BR/3.5BA home features 2 primary suites, a luxury kitchen and an open floor plan to accommodate large groups. After a day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking you can relax in our private outdoor hot tub.

All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TVs. For guests with cars, we have a 2 car attached garage with room for parking and ski storage.

    Great location and great house! One of our favorite spots so far in Park City! The house was stocked with everything needed for 4 adults and 3 15 year olds. Family games, sleds, cooking utensils and cable! Location was great! Easy walk to lifts and Main Street!

    We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our group of three families—spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the mountain and Main Street, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

    This home has a great kitchen, dining table for 8, family room area and 1/2 bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and were great for our extended family. The location is safely set off from Park Avenue on one side and backs up to an athletic field and playground on the other side. It is a 5-10 minute walk to PCMR. Great showers (plenty of hot water) and a great hot tub. The home owner was responsive and responded promptly to our minor questions. All good!

    Location was ideal for being able to walk to PC lift each morning, and walk to and from bars, restaurants, and High West Saloon. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing between skiing and getting ready to go out at night.

    Cheryl's property is extremely comfortable and conveniently located for skiing, grocery shopping, and exploring downtown Park City. The house is lovely. Cheryl was accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. We would happily stay there again!

    We loved everything about this rental, especially the warm responsiveness of Cheryl. It was clean, spacious, well-located and equipped, and fun! We walked to PCMR every day and the beautiful uptown is not far at all.Be warned that it’s tough to fit anything larger than a midsized car into the garage, but it was a good place to store our ski gear etc.Thanks Cheryl!
