Luxury Home 1 Block from Frog Pool with Game Room, LSV, and 6 Bikes

This is an excellent property. It worked particularly well for our family of 12 persons(7 adults and 5 young adults ranging from 16 to 23. The main level is particularly attractive with an excellent kitchen, a large dining area, a very large family room with large screen TV, laundry and coffee areas and a large master suite. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd level with another bedroom with bunkbeds and a large living area on the third floor. The only issue we had was the lack of a golf cart as the one that went with the property was in for repairs.

No complaints - just awesome.

Beautiful home in a quiet community- It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter's wedding at The Chapel at Seaside. We used the 3rd floor gameroom area for doing hair and make up for bridal party and even had the dad's first look on the front porch. We'll be back!

Home was as described. Bike situation was a disappointment

The property was exactly as depicted. We had 15 adults and older teens and enjoyed our stay immensely. There was plenty of space and nice outdoor patios. The location was about a 7 minute golf cart ride to the beach but very close to Publix and the liquor store. The teens were able to ride their bikes to the beach, Watercolor beach club, and seaside. We had a few issues with smoke detectors but Blue 360 sent maintenance out and it was immediately resolved. When we called Blue 360 for additional information, they were responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at 81 Needlerush. This home was well-organized with everything we needed for a memorable, comfortable stay. From a nicely-equipped kitchen, to spacious bedrooms, to welcoming common spaces and to relaxing porches, all twelve of us had plenty of room to roam and enjoy our stay. Thanks for a great holiday!

We had the best trip ever here staying in this house together! The house is gorgeous and the sleeping arrangement for everyone was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed to use to cook whenever we wanted to! We had a special birthday party for our Daphnie who turned 6 on Monday. We got wood to use the outdoor fireplace to make s’mores! Everyone is leaving with happy hearts and great memories! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us! And… we love 360 Blue! ? And this was the best cleaning crew that has ever cleaned our beach houses!

We had 8 adults and 8 children and the home accommodated all of us! Each set of adults had their own lovely large bedroom and bathroom while the children(cousins) stayed in the bunk bed rooms. We cooked almost every night and always had the pans and utensils we needed. The mud/sand room off the back porch was fabulous for getting children dressed/undressed and sun screen applied!! It rained 6 of the 7 day stay and we never felt like we were on top of each other! The bikes were great for adults and also the golf cart to take the kids to camp watercolor(their favorite) or the beach!! The management company responded immediately to 2 requests we made during our stay. Thanks for making our first family vacation in 4 years wonderful!!

While we stayed during a tricky time because of Covid 19, we still really enjoyed our stay. The home was plenty big for 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids). We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and loved riding bikes around the neighborhood. The bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen and game cabinet (a fun surprise) were very well stocked. The living room furniture and rug could use some updating and an a/c that controlled 2 bedrooms wasn’t cooling. Also, there were too many HS and college spring breakers in watercolor and Seaside for our liking so most likely will stay in another location along 30a next year that’s quieter. However, Watercolor and this home are excellent because of convenience to all our favorite things: restaurants, camp watercolor, the beach and the watercolor beach club. All in all we had a great stay!

Dear 360 Blue, We had a wonderful stay at 81 Needlerush Drive. It was such a beautiful house and all the rooms were so nicely laid out. It was a bit rainier than we were expecting, so the house was sure a great place to relax and hang out. We celebrated one of our sons' 13th birthday and also our 15th wedding anniversary.
