Stayed Jan 20, 2025We were in New Plymouth with extended family and some who had come from overseas. It was our first time there and we all enjoyed it so much. Such a cool place and felt right at home. The house is really nice and spacious with great sunset views in summer. A good time had by all. The lift was a bonus feature in the 3 level house after we had all done the Pouakai Tarns. We will be back one day for sure :) Thank you for sharing your Buller Noir House with us.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Place was perfect for a girls weekend away. Beds were really comfy, a good sized kitchen and lots of couches to sit around and relax. Everything was clean and tidy.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024Absolutely perfect experience…easy process to book, friendly and prompt communication, amazing property in a great location. House was incredible - set over 3 levels with unbelievable views of ocean, immaculate rooms and facilities where every detail was of the highest quality. Bonus was off-street parking. Will definitely recommend.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this house. Very spacious and comfortable, particularly the lounge area and couches. Kids enjoyed the games cabinet. The weather was terrible for the 4 days there but that didn't take away from the stay. We'd love to come back over summer. Centrally located, great food options nearby and the beach walkway runs along the street. The bedroom level is confusing but you get used to it.

High standard of fittings, great layout for large family/group. Close enough to walk to town, with a fabulous view of the sea and port. Every minute in this property is what holidays should feel like. Immaculately presented as always.
