This property is wonderfully spacious and features open concept common areas which connect seamlessly to the front patio. They're perfect for entertaining and flooded with natural light from the numerous oversized glass windows and patio doors.

Cooking & Dining
The upgraded modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for you and yours, with a large fridge, separate wine cooler fridge and bar area, and plenty of cabinet spaceto give you room to store food and drink. A kitchen island with bar seating is the perfect spot for having a cup of coffee or leaving out snacks and drinks throughout your stay, and a full laundry area is incredibly convenient for staying clean and organized. The common areas are serviced by a half bathroom. The dining room seats six comfortably and the connected living room area is centered around a beautiful hearth with a large Smart TV. You may be tempted, however, to skip the screen and spend your time taking in the fresh air and tranquil views of the Black river on the upper or lower front patios.

Bed & Bath
Guests have their choice among three beautiful king bedrooms, and a queen room, while younger ones (or young at heart!) can fight over who gets the top bunk in the triple-high bunk bedroom which also features a plush sofa sleeper! The first-floor King suite is perfect for guests with mobility issues. It features an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and vanity, luxury side tables with lamps, dressers, and comfortable seating. The second-floor king suite also features luxury furnishings, a large TV, and an ensuite bathroom with spa-like amenities, including a soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. There is also an executive desk area so you can work remotely or plan out your time while your loved one stretches out on the private balcony overlooking the Black River. The second-floor queen room features a separate reading nook and private bath with a walk-in shower and vanity. Lastly, the second-floor triple bunk room has a sofa and entertainment area, ensuite bathroom, and TV. The lower level offers a King bedroom and is close to the common bathroom and dry-bar for this space.

Though there is more than enough space to roam inside, feel free to take advantage of the front patio firepit and outdoor seating.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season (mid-June through mid-August), this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.
