Luxury Gulf View Home with Private Pool! Steps to the beach!

Great home. Just as advertised. Everything you need and close to everything.

House was fine but the AC ran a program/schedule so you would constantly have to adjust the settings. Every time we returned to the house it was 5-7 degrees warmer. Paid to heat the pool during our stay but noticed the heater ran mostly around sunset and just let the sun work. For 75/day you would assume it would just maintain a temperature for the stay.

We had 15 family members for the week. The house was wonderful with the perfect location.

The pool was wonderful to come back to after beaching it all day. The game room for the kids to hang out was great and the kitchen was really nice with lots of equipment & multiple refrigerators really came in handy. We used the grill every time we cooked. Everyone having their own bathroom made it much easier to share the space. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. I had knee surgery, so having access to the elevator was really nice. There is not a gulf view (just a sliver here and there between houses), but not every house can have a direct view. We spent plenty of time on the beach!

The pool is a great size and nice to have if you'd rather not go to the beach. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Amenities = 10+ - the only downside was the wifi but they are working on that
