A few things to note for future renters: No beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also, no hangers nor dressers in the house. Very limited space to place clothes so be prepared with hangers or to live out of your suitcase. Laundry pods are not provided so throw a few in your bag. Lovely beach access!

Awesome view of beach/ocean from pool deck/house! Excellent location on beach with sandy bottom on ocean floor. No need for shoes! Golf cart very convenient for quick trip to grocery store 5 minutes away. Extra refrigerator and bathroom on pool floor was very nice!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your number one priority is being on the beach with plenty of room for extended family, then this will fit the bill. However, be prepared for a property management team that has no idea what they are doing. It all started off poorly when we found out from an acquaintance that the house might be under a boil water advisory. Obviously out of the control of anyone, however the property management team did NOT inform us of this issue! I brought it up and two people I messaged had no idea what I was talking about (it was on the city website), the final one that I spoke with only confirmed it after I asked specifically about it. Terrifying to think we may have never known!! Then we asked that they let us know if the property was ready before 4:00. No expectation that it would be, we just wanted them to know if it was, we had already arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone said it was ready for us around 2:00. We get over there about 2:15 and a cleaning crew was still there AND a realtor was there to show the house!! So by no means was it ready for us! They could have easily told us it would not be ready before 4:00, but no they had no idea what was going on and said it was ready. Then the cleaner told us at 3:45 we couldn’t come in until someone inspected her work. No one ever came, so we went in at 4:20. Then the internet didn’t work and we had a huge bug in a bathroom (which they were very condescending about). I had to follow up multiple times about the internet with no communication about if it would actually get fixed. Someone finally cake three days later, with no warning to us ahead of time. I had to ask for the promised kitchen towels and salt and pepper. They do not provide beach towels or chairs, which we did know about ahead of time, but still a huge pain. The town itself is very touristy and the traffic was absolutely awful. The couple of restaurants we went to were mediocre (avoid Sandbar!!!!). I wouldn’t recommend the house or t

Had a wonderful girls trip. Pool is a little small but big enough to cool off in and you’re right on the beach so you have the whole ocean. All the rooms and beds were comfortable everyone enjoyed our time here.

The property was great but the owners were awful! Worst experience I have ever had at a vrbo which is really sad because the house truly is great. I wouldn’t stay here until the management is changed otherwise your going to have an awful trip

There were a couple of things that were finicky to work with like a couple of the toilets and the microwave, but overall we looked past it as it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. We had 5 adults and 2 children (8 and 11) with us this week and had plenty of room and then some. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Everyone was so nice from the management team to the neighbors. The beach was quiet with hardly anyone around. The golf cart was a huge plus, and we enjoyed it every night. It made getting around town so much easier. Highly recommend for a relaxing time.

The floorplan of the house was perfect for our group. It was clean and comfortable. The location to the beach was perfect. The swimming pool was a hit with our kids. The kitchen was very spacious. We loved the large deck off the main level. Now for the bad... As much as this place cost i would think they would supply trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. The golf cart was a piece of junk and the beach chairs were broken. However, we called for help with the golf cart and a technician showed up right away. This would not keep us from staying here again.

The house looked lovely and was very accommodating. It's right on the beach. There were nine of us. The other four in our family couldn't make it. If they had, there would still be plenty of room for a total of 13 people. Plenty of kitchen things to use as well. A very lovely house on beautiful white sandy beach! We would come again!

Beautiful house, perfect for our multi generational family trip. Beach access was good and we enjoyed the small pool also. The free 4th of July fireworks between the piers was second to none! The house was well maintained but would suggest a high chair and a baby gate would be great to add. Also beach towels would have been a very nice touch. We definitely would highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again !!

The entry level space was great for the 1/2 bathroom near pool and beach and also had a refrigerator. This made it really convenient for enjoying beach and pool time and kept the sand from traveling to the living spaces. We enjoyed our stay and the views. We also enjoyed the golf cart for travel to nearby places.
