Stayed Aug 7, 2025We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu VRBO! The house was absolutely beautiful with an incredible layout — three spacious bedrooms inside plus a fantastic attached Casita with two sets of Queen bunk beds and its own bathroom. The backyard was a highlight, with an incredible pool and stunning views from the back porch.The neighborhood is gorgeous — probably the nicest in Lake Havasu City — and felt quiet and safe. The property manager was great, responding quickly to any questions, and the check-in app made everything smooth and easy. We didn’t use the garage, but the RV garage was so deep I could almost fit my truck and boat completely inside.Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon!

We never thought we could love a house more! it was super clean and all our kids aged 14-19 loved it! very comfortable, great view, awesome use of space. the house was so immaculate and clean!!! we will keep coming back. The location was amazing too! The hosts were amazing, responded very quickly when we asked a question!!

Stayed May 1, 2025We had a great weekend with our family of 10, enjoying the pool and large hot tub. Then watching the Kentucky Derby on the huge tv was excellent. An awesome layout for our family with 4 children under 5.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We went to Skip’s place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, initially we were going to go to Rocky Point, MX but we pivoted due to uncertainty at the border. Anyway, Skip’s house is beautiful! So clean and just amazing. The pool and the spa!!! The view! We really had a great time we did not miss being at the beach after all. I definitely recommend!

Stayed Feb 26, 2025This was a perfect location, very quiet, and upper scale neighborhood right on golf course. So had a great view of the course and we enjoyed hanging out on the gorgeous back patio watching the golfers. The owners take pride in this property, it was very well maintained and super clean. They were also very accessible if you needed anything.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The property was amazing. Everything you need to have an ‘at home’ experience. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub allowed for us all to swim and enjoy. It was also nice to have the garage available to put the boat inside when we weren’t using it.
