Luxury Furnishings and Amenities at the Hummingbird Chalet-Country Club Location

Property is family friendly and in a great location but ensure a full sweep is done of the property prior to departure if you have children under the age of 12 because cleaning fees will be tacked on for innocuous items. Overall, the house is fine. There are plenty of positive attributes, but the pictures do not indicate the unique configuration of the home with the stairwell being in the middle of the home. Due to the configuration, the kitchen and dining areas are small and feel cramped. The bathroom for the bedroom on the primary floor only has a bath tub and the shower is in the bathroom for the common area. The area with the TV and two chairs on the third floor is smaller than pictures indicate and the peloton bike is immediately adjacent overlooking the living area. The deck area is nice with a fantastic Rec Tec pellet smoker. However, the fire pit had no propane when we arrived so guests should check that upon arrival. This property is probably best suited for a family of 5 or less.

The home was well appointed and very clean

Beautiful property, great furnishings. Convenient location; however located pretty close to other properties. Pictures a little misleading...no closet in downstairs MBR and downstairs master bath was tub only. Super management, manager/owner was easy to contact and extremely responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything necessary to prep dinners for large family. Easy commute to the slopes. Overall a very positive experience. The 3K security deposit a little over the top, but I guessing previous experiences with renters drove that mandate.

The house has everything you need for your stay. It’s very spacious and clean. It’s easy to get to off the main road and just a short drive to town. Aimee was great to check in on us, but we had everything we needed. My kids are already wondering when we can go back.

We are 2 families consisting of 9 people that traveled to Angel Fire to play in the snow and this home suited us perfectly. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in their home. The home was very comfortable, with quality furniture, sheets, and bed mattresses. Even the tissue and toilet paper was high quality name brand. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were high end. I was even surprised that there was plenty of hot water for everyone to bathe after a long day of skiing. We all agreed that we would definitely stay in this home again. The one time I reached out to the owner to ask a question, she responded to me immediately. This home made our trip incredibly enjoyable.

Home was beautifully furnished and well equipped for a large family. We enjoyed the convenient location and clean property as well! House has heat and air and gas log fireplaces as well as nice patio furniture. Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. Only negative was there were only 2 showers. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Activities we enjoyed--golf, mountain biking, pickleball, and hiking!

The cabin is very nice with everything your group could need. It was a little misleading about air conditioning. There is AC but the two upstairs rooms do not have AC. This is a super huge deal until it gets to be 85 one day. The open windows will cool off the upstairs but it won't be until later in the night. There is also an extra guest fee of $120 dollars per guest which I understand that but if a guest doesn't come you should be refunded. Overall, we would probably stay here again but have more of an understanding of what is available.

Fresh snow and beautiful atmosphere for Christmas vacation

We loved staying at this property! It had everything we needed and was such a cozy, comfortable place to be for the holidays. It is a short 5 minute drive to the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again!
