We enjoyed our stay. House was clean, fully stocked and peaceful neighborhood. It was a plus that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice home layout that is perfect for family gatherings. The deer and elk in the backyard were an added bonus!

The place was beautiful. Everything was labeled and easy to find and the best part about it is dear actually came into the backyard in my three and five-year-old got to watch fantastic place highly recommend.

Our family had such a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is a very nice and quiet community. We also enjoyed the visits from the dear.

This is a great location, easy access to everything you want to do. The house is a great size for a group of 2-3 families, with space to spread out when needed and a nice cozy great room area to hang out all together. The owners have everything labeled so we never struggled to find anything - a small but super helpful touch! They also have a great game collection and we enjoyed a very fun family game night while there. We were lucky enough to see several deer one morning, and a small herd of elk on another! Absolutely amazing addition to a great stay. One quick piece of advice for those who may stay here: the house can be quite cold at night, especially the primary bedroom, so use the fireplace when you are hanging out (it works wonderfully) and make use of the extra blankets which are so thoughtfully stored in the closets. We are from Phoenix so are also a bit wimpy about cold. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Especially if you are doing the North Pole Experience, as it’s an easy five minute drive from here. Overall I would give more stars if I could!

The place was wonderfully appointed. Our host was very thoughtful, turning the thermostat up before our arrival, offering early check in, and just overall helpful.

I loved the property and house! It is perfectly tucked away from the course and enjoyed the privacy. Each bedroom has an en suite which was wonderful. One has a tub and I wish the kid bed was in that room. Two of the three bathrooms have low shower heads. I’m 6ft tall so, maybe that’s just tall people problems. I do hope you upgrade the beds. Our friends stayed in the master because it was their birthday vacation. They said it was really sunken in. I did try to connect to my DIRECTV account, but the tv was outdated or a software update was needed. These are just minor things for my 4 star rating. We really enjoyed our stay and really appreciate you having us. Great hosts and beautiful home!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We were so comfortable and extremely satisfied with the house and features provided. Great patio, quiet neighborhood, comfy living room and bedrooms and baths. Loved it! Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates a lovely home away from home.

Wonderful home in the tall pines that we have rented numerous times over the last several years. Deer with their young fawns visit nearly every day, so much fun! Love the layout, location and always very clean. The host Ken has always been highly responsive to our requests, can't wait to until our next visit. Thanks Ken!

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood with views of the private golf course from the back deck. Home was immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Three bedrooms, each with its own bath. Two of the bedrooms are essentially master bedrooms with king beds. We've stayed numerous times in Flagstaff, but this was easily our favorite property.

Check-in was flawless. Kitchen had every amenity and then some. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.Owners were very responsive to messages We would definitely stay again!

This is a very beautiful and comfortable house which is surrounded by tall trees with a view out to the golf course. The path around the course is open in the eventing to residents and was perfect for an after dinner walk watching the sun set. The house is clean, the beds and furniture comfortable, lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and ate all of our meals out there. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby and easy access to downtown Flagstaff The owners were very responsive and provided a lot information about the house so we did not have to spend time looking for items or how to use features in the house. We plan to book the house for our next stay.

House was clean and owners were quick to respond to any questions. House was good for family and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice! Neighborhood was nice and close to activities.

House was everything as advertised and more. Great family neighborhood and perfectly located minutes from downtown and all the other places to see. House has everything you need and the owners are fantastic to work with. We will be back.

We rented this house for two weeks to get out of the Phoenix heat. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very well organized probably the most organized and easy to manage house I've ever rented. The property manager was very easy to contact we had minor problem at the house when the power in the entire neighborhood went out for a couple hours due to a windstorm and we were able to communicate with him very quickly and easily. We will be coming back here to stay lovely quiet, residential neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do and see.

Excellent location for checking out the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, etc. We stayed here as our home base for many day trips. The home was very comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. We loved hanging out on the back patio and relaxing. The beds were also super comfy!

The property was impressive. The living room was large and open-plan with a good selection of TV channels. It was also decorated with Katcha dolls which was a nice addition. The property was well equipped with everything that we needed.It is also situated by a golf-course so it would be ideal for golfers.

Home was generously stocked, extensive labeling enabled ease in locating items as well as simplify check in and checkout process. Property provided a beautiful setting for a lovely Christmas get together with my son and his family. Thank you, Ken and Robyn

Thank you so much for letting us stay here. We loved every minute. The house was extremely spacious with room for everyone. Four adults and 3 kids. I was surprised at the amount of counter space in the home. There was more than enough kitchen utensils and essentials. The outside of the home was beautiful. We loved watching the deer and elk in the morning and taking walks along the golf course. Added bonus was that it is 5 mins away from everything. Beautiful home, we can’t wait to stay again.

What a gorgeous property in the beautiful Aspen Valley area of Flagstaff! Pictures don’t do this place justice. Host (Ken) was such a pleasure to work with. The property was very well maintained, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. What made it even better was that it was minutes (by car) away from major grocery/shopping and restaurants. Not to take away from the quietness as the actual location of this property was in such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this serene place for the weekend! We LOVED IT!

We had a relaxing weekend in Flag. The home was clean and was stocked with sufficient supplies. Location was great close to everything. Instructions that were in the house were very helpful. Look forward to staying again.

Our family stayed in this wonderful cabin last weekend. There were 6 of us, my husband and I and our adult children and their partners. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything you need for a weekend away. Beautiful view of the golf course, close enough to downtown Flagstaff but in a quiet neighborhood. This home is just as described. The owner was very resposive and everything in the home worked, no issues. With 6 adults it was so nice that each bedroom has an en suite. We will definately return. We all had a fun, relaxing weekend in this mountain retreat!

He stayed here for a couple of night over fall break. Very clean and well equipped. Had nice outdoor patio with view of the golf course. Had no problems during our stay. Would certainly recommend this place and would stay here again

Wonderful luxury home in peaceful and quiet neighborhood with postcard backyard views. Just what we were looking for.

The house was well equipped for a family traveling with children of different ages. The check in and check out procedures were easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the wildlife was spectacular. It was as if we were “coming home” each day we returned from our outings.

House was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The ownera communicated very well. Will stay there again when in Flagstaff.
