Check-out: Latest 11:00 AM
Please let us know in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability).

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
You may smoke in the designated outdoor area, if applicable.

No Parties or Events Without Approval:
Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval from the host. We do accommodate larger gatherings such as weddings, engagement parties, and family events, but these must be discussed and approved in advance. Any unapproved parties, loud gatherings, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guest Responsibilities:

Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. Please ensure all guests are registered at the time of booking.

Cleanliness:
Please keep the property tidy and treat it as you would your own home.
Take out the trash to the designated bins, and avoid leaving food out to prevent pests.

Appliances & Utilities:
Turn off lights, and other appliances when not in use.
Do not use towels to remove makeup or as cleaning rags.

Pets:
Pets are allowed, please clean up after them and ensure they stay off furniture.

Safety and Security:
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property for your safety and ours.

Report Issues Promptly:
Please notify us immediately of any damages, spills, or maintenance issues so we can address them promptly.
