Luxury Family size house, 8 miles away from siesta key, with pool

We had a great stay! Great house, convenient location, pool and backyard are a plus!!

Beautiful house, the swimming pool is neat.

The house was very clean and as advertised. Host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here during our son’s State Rowing championships and we felt like we were on vacation rather than attending another sports weekend cooped up in a hotel. The pool was amazing and the house is beautifully decorated while being super cozy at the same time. Roberto was especially kind in meeting our needs for our elderly family. We will definitely book this house again next year!

My husband and I stayed 3 weeks, and had a wonderful stay. The house as so clean and perfect for us and had my brother and SIL stay a couple days. They loved it as well. Communication was great, helped out with any questions we had. The pool was perfect to. I highly recommend this place and plan to return next year if available.

We loved the pool and used it every day. The house was laid out perfectly for our group. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. We were within 30 - 45 minutes of numerous beaches. We would for sure would stay again!

The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group, making it a perfect base for the event.The location was ideal—close to amenities and a quick drive to Nathan Benderson Park. While the heated pool looked inviting, the unexpected arctic blast kept us from taking a dip.The kitchen was well-equipped overall, but it could use a few more coffee mugs, cereal bowls, and plates to better suit a larger group. Aside from that minor detail, the house had everything we needed and provided a fantastic stay.We’d love to return for next year’s event—this place is perfect for teams or families!

Roberto was very attentive to us regarding some adjustments we needed during our stay. The house was clean, there were extra towels in the bathrooms, all the kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The house is in an excellent location, close to supermarkets and plazas and the beaches. I recommend it!

This home was amazing. The pool was so much fun. The house was beyond clean. All the linens and furniture all smelled amazing. Very clean. All the toilets had bidets. All the showers had built in shower products which was very convenient. The kitchen could use some more dishes but I’m sure they will over time. The kitchen was soooo nice. Loved the appliances. The back yard was fully privacy fenced in. Perfect for the kids to play and not worry about them. We loved the little shack in the back. We could watch the kids in the pool from there. Area was great. Near shopping and food. Not too terrible of a drive from the beach. Would buy this huge and beautiful pool home to live in I loved it so much. The whole family loved it. Walls could use some more decor. My 17 year old son even pointed out that it was a little drab but we are colorful people so that’s just a decor preference thing. This was a higher end rental. But perfect for families!!

The house is really very good, very new house, completely renovated, new appliances, excellent outdoor area. Very well located, close to the beaches and all shops. If I have the opportunity I will come back often.
