Stayed Oct 4, 2025I thought it was a great house for families, however the air conditioning was not that great. It could not keep the house comfortable set at 76. Everything else was very good.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025One the best locations to stay in Lake Havasu coupled with resort style accommodations. Ranging from a movie/game room to multiple clean bed and bathrooms. Excellent gourmet kitchen for all your dining needs, an outstanding pool area to entertain your guests with bbg fire pit and bat area. This all comes together with a spectacular view of Lake Havasu at its best. No need to look any further book now before it’s gone!!!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Beautiful property with amazing sunset views of the lake! Quiet neighborhood, close to amentities. Loved the outdoor space, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, nice yard to play games and the BBQ area was great for outdoor dinners.
