Stayed Oct 1, 2025This was the perfect house for our group - very spacious and in a great location. The kitchen was well-equipped and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard area was beautiful. We had a great stay!

Stayed May 15, 2025We came to Vegas to attend a music festival. Didn’t want to stay on the strip with all of what the Vegas life offers. This how was perfect for four couples. Everyone had their own room with a full bathroom. Great location, tons of places to eat that don’t break the bank. The pool was nice too but was freezing cold water, you can have it heated for an extra charge we just didn’t do that. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and Dave was very responsive and always communicated well with me.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We had a fantastic stay at Dave's house - the house is well-equipped and very comfortable, and we loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to hiking at Red Rock Canyon.Dave was an excellent host - communication was easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 6, 2023We had a wonderful time staying at the house for a couple weeks in December. Off strip vibes with easy access to everything. This is the perfect location in Las Vegas! Dave was a great host and has an awesome house with all of the things needed to feel at home. Highly recommend
