We are located in one of the best neighborhoods in North Myrtle Beach. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance, McLean Park is only a 5 minute walk, and beach access is only a few steps away.

★★POOL/SPA USE & HEATING:
We need 48 hour notice if you would like the pool heated - The charges will be an additional $75/night for heating the pool which will be charged separately. Spa heating is free. However, when the spa is turned on the heater is heating the spa and not the pool. Therefore, the pool will lose some heat if the spa is turned on for long periods of time★★

★★PLEASE NOTE: This is not a spring break property, and spring breakers/spring break parties are not welcome. The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be denied access to the house with no refund. Liability waiver and guest rules agreement must be signed before arrival at the property.★★

We will place a $500 security hold on your credit card to cover incidentals, released after checkout if no damage is reported by cleaners.
We require a Damage Protection Waiver Policy to be purchased for every stay at a cost of $79 per booking.

PET RULES:
• A $350 Pet Fee is charged for all stays that include pets
• Your dog must not exceed a maximum weight of 50 pounds.
• Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
No pets allowed in the pool.
Spa heating is available anytime and is controlled by you via the spa pad by the pool area.
Pool heat is available if you have paid for it
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
