    Comfortable, bright, clean and comfortable basement apartment, modern and sufficiently equipped except for surprising lack of coffee maker. Small dining space but fine for three adults. No ability to regulate temperature and it was quite warm for an air conditioned unit during a hot spell. Garbage in bins had accumulated outside the adjoining entrance so in the heat there was a smell. Some ambient noise from upstairs at night.

    The smell of cigarettes and smoke were difficult to bear. The place looked dirty. It was too cold during the day. They should be clear at the time of booking the total price to pay instead of making extra charges when there is no longer the possibility of canceling the reservation.

    My children and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We were highly impressed by how clean the apartment was. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although it would be advisable to bring a larger knife for cutting watermelon, as well as your own sugar and seasonings if you plan on cooking. After our three-day event at the Kitchener Museum Auditorium, it was a pleasure to unwind and enjoy some Netflix. The neighbourhood was peaceful, and the tenant above us was considerate and quiet. Another great aspect was the convenience of having Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants just a short distance away, making it easy to grab any additional items we needed. I highly recommend this place. Peter was incredibly responsive and provided prompt answers to all my inquiries. If we have another event in Kitchener, I will definitely book our stay at this beautiful two-bedroom apartment once again.
