Set in its own little forest near Oban bay, there is something perfectly tranquil about Home Farm – a softness and privacy, a sense of being folded into trees. Part 1600’s, part Arts and Crafts, this is the oldest building in the glen. Fully restored to accommodate ten guests, each room in the house has been individually composed - paintings and prints by local artists on the walls, a bespoke croft bed, open fires.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Home Farm was exactly that – a home! Our stay could not have been more blissful in a home that is large and sprawling yet cosy and serendipitous with beautiful artwork, music collection and crackling open fires - surrounded by the beautiful trees, animals, and birdlife. Our family had a wonderful Christmas with every detail considered by our host Paul, who after welcoming us was keen to ensure we had all we needed and more. This is the perfect getaway for a larger group or family with the home including all the modern conveniences, a kitchen with everything and all set in a magnificent historic home. Having stayed in many many holiday lets over the years I can honestly say nothing could have been done better. Thanks Paul.
