We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Super location, wonderful house and very responsive owners. The refrig makes 5 cubes every 24hrs. Bag of ice is necessary:)

We had a wonderful time in AMI and loved staying at this property. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week such as dish pods, laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper. The home was in an excellent location - close to the beach and the general store. We also loved the character of the home and the space it provided. Jay was very helpful and anytime we reached out to him with a question, he was quick to respond. We would love to stay here again in the future!

First time to AMI. The house was very nice and clean. The location was tremendous and walking distance to the best restaurants and beaches.

The location is perfect and we enjoyed returning to Ann Maria. The home was very clean and the property manager was accessible and responsive. We are excited to schedule our next vacation to Ann Maria.

Beautiful, spotless home in a fantastic location—walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Perfect for a family vacation with our 5- and 8-year-olds! Jay was wonderful—responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house , comfortable , and very clean . Great location for fast gateway. The only downside would say is the limited parking rules on the property . Only 2 vehicles permitted including a golf cart . For families that drive 2 vehicles or have a family joining in or would like a weekend golf cart ,might find the rule inconvenient .Place equipped well with beach chairs , toys , but very limited/ spare number of shower and beach towels !

This was the most amazing place to stay! My husband and I brought our 2 kids and both mom's to stay in this home. Jay and Connie were so responsive for everything we needed and all questions. There was so much space for all 6 of us. The whole downstairs was like a mother-in-law quarter for both mom's to stay with their own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The pool was great and we loved the layout of the house! We couldn't have picked a better home. Thank you for everything! We will be back again :)

Beautiful home in a great location, close to everything.

We stayed 5 nights. It was my husband and I with our 7 year old and my folks joined us for part of the time. We rented a golf cart but it really wasn’t necessary. The beach access was .4 miles away and the property had two different beach carts for use. The house and pool were amazing. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. We did not need anything. The towels and linens were great, the kitchen was fully stocked, there were pool toys. Jay was so easy to deal with and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This location is so close to everything in AMI. We will absolutely stay here again. This was our first group to the Island and won’t be our last.
