Luxury Coastal Estate with Rooftop Deck, Pool and Gulf Views

Everything was perfect, clean and very comfortable for our large family group. I would recommend to anyone looking for a local spot for a family!!

There were 11 of us total for the week. More than plenty of space for all of us. The view and location was 10/10. Great location and views of the ocean. Very clean home. Super short walk to the ocean. Great communication with the rental company. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and the hot tub had minimal heat in it. I had a technician come out everyday from the rental company but no pool company was called out to fix the heat so the pool and hot tub were not usable which was something that we booked this property for. I have no idea why they wouldn’t call a pool company to fix it instead of the rental’s tech to try to raise the heat. We only used the washer once because it broke after that but they did have a laundry service take care of our laundry one time. We went in the is vacation to meet our first grandson which was so special. So disappointed though about our pool, hot tub and washer

Great property and size for our family.

11 of us headed down to Anne Marie island and got to stay at this great house. Really awesome location right across the street of Cortez beach. House has all the amenities you need for a good time. Lots to do in the area. Walk to several tiki bars and good restaurants. Rent a golf cart for the week thats all you need to get around. We hung out at the beach. In the evenings we hung out in the pool, cooked at the house, played cards and just enjoyed our time together.

Very disappointed that the “hot tub” and the pool were cold. We had two people with health issues. One a teen with a broken hip. Called to request use of the elevator for those two only. No response from the owner.

The location of this house is amazing. Short walk across street to beach and only a couple blocks from Bridge Street shops and restaurants. The pool area is shaded so it was nice to retreat to the pool when we had our fill of sun at the beach. There were a few things that weren’t working well - the hot tub did not warm up much past pool temp & we were not able to use the elevator in the house - which would’ve been nice for hauling luggage upstairs.The rental company was attentive to our needs & did attempt to fix things that weren’t working 100%. Overall - the home is amazing & we would definitely stay there again If we return to Bradenton Beach!

Perfect location for our family of 18. Great view of gulf and beach and view of bay from upper deck. Sleeps 16 easily. Could sleep 18 if fold-out couch were used. We had two three y-o people sleep on the floor in room with parents. We left next renters a number of beach toys.

Let me start off with the positive. The property is beautifully located - great and easy access to the beach. Now, the negatives. It was described as sleeping 18, then we were told it actually sleeps 16, but upon arrival it actually slept 14. There was NO sleeper sofa. Upon arrival the kitchen sink handle was literally broken off. It did not get repaired until the evening a day after we checked in. Trying to cook 3 meals for 16 people without a kitchen sink was awful. There is absolutely NO furniture in any bedroom but the master. You must live out of your suitcase the entire time you are there. I own 2 beach properties, so I do not leave this review lightly, but I would never misjudge the needs of renters this much. The pool was supposedly cleaned during our 1 week stay, but by day 4 it was extremely murky and simply gross. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We expected much higher quality for the price paid.

Very beautiful home very close to the beach. Reasons why I did give five stars across the board are simple. The pair of dirty laundry I found behind the master bedroom dresser when I dropped my cell phone charger cord behind it made me realize the attention to detail while cleaning. The other reason for not getting five stars was arriving to a gentleman walking through the house an hour and a half after checking. We had two other visitors who work for the company stop by and fix a pool that I did not call in to get fixed and drop off ping pong balls that I didn't need or ask for and a didn't.

location was wonderful

The house was very clean and big! There were 17 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The management company was quick to respond and take care of everything. The location was absolutely amazing. The beach was just steps away and it was nice to enjoy the private pool.

Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. Communication with Property Management was fast and easy. We will definitely stay again.

Steps from the beach, the home is amazing. Everyone had a private king size bed and restroom for privacy. Roku in every room. The kitchen was amazing and the extra fridge in the garage was clutch to hold extra drinks and food. The pool was lovely and was surprisingly comfortable temp for being completely shaded. We had grandparents, parents, teens, and one child. It was perfect for all.
