Luxury canal home with pool, alfresco dining, & walk-in shower - walk to beach

Pool was great. Kitchen very well stocked with needed items. Great house!

Very nice and comfortable house. Great South Island location at the end of canal - it was great for a boat rental.

The house was beautiful. All the pics were accurate. A couple things that could use improvement: There was a bad ant problem. They were all over the side door in the garage. The house was very hot during the day. You were not able to adjust the temp. We were only there for 4 days and one of the days they had landscapers come at around 7 am. This was a huge inconvenience as it woke us up. Also our room was in the back of the house and we had our shades up to enjoy the beautiful pool. But when the landscapers came without warning they could see right in our room. When I tried to address the situation they told me I should of had the shades closed and been fully dressed. I do not believe this was an acceptable answer. We should of had notice that they were coming.

We overpacked not realizing that they have really offered everything we could need! Everything needed to prepare a feast in the kitchen. All of the beach items were great, chairs, wagon, toys, 2 bikes. Even had an extra fridge in the garage. Hangers for the closets, fans, games-Marco Monopoly too. We were very comfy and could say this home was dream house potential. Walking was doable, but the bikes were best for a quick trip. We felt very blessed to stay in this gorgeous and immaculately clean home! The pool was awesome too!! Cannot speak highly enough about it and the customer service from vacasa.

We loved the house, the location, the management company. Would highly recommend it. The only downside was the pool was not heated, so we were not able to use it often as it was very cold.

You will love this home! It has so much room, the kitchen is perfect and the pool is amazing. It’s located right near the beach, so you can either walk or drive. There are so many restaurants to choose from, if you decide not to cook. If you have any issues, the management will respond very quickly, which is so convenient. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This house met our expectations for our summer vacation with 5 of our Grandkids.

We had a wonderful stay at this Marco Island home. The location is perfect. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities you need during your stay. My family enjoyed our time there.

The house was great. Larger than the pictures make it seem. It was very clean and had everything you needed at it. Pool was very long. Goes from about 3 feet to 6 feet.

Loved the pool area, layout of the home and the easy and short walk to the beach.

Not only was the home as beautiful as the photos, but anytime you needed a random utensil or an extra linen, it was there for your use. We were fortunate to have mostly sunny weather and enjoyed mantatees and even a dolphin playing right off the dock. During the stay, property servicemen came by and were very friendly- one who provides service for the trash pickups and another to check the property after a pretty wild storm that popped up one afternoon. Didn’t need our car as nightlife, beach restaurants and shops were all under a quarter mile away. Easy walks to all and this home made it all even more enjoyable.
