Luxury canal home w/ heated pool & spa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did have a great time in Marco at this home. Very spacious and the open concept was perfect for us. The pool/spa area was great with the exception of the sun exposure in Feb. Maybe a new dock build would help this? :) Re: the house amenities, a suggestion would be to add a few glass dishes to the kitchen for microwave use and to replace the couch. This is a high use piece of furniture that is worn down. Otherwise, everything was great! Lastly, Edgewater Rentals (especially Hannah and Taylor) were great to work with and responsive. We appreciate all their responses and follow-up.

The house had nearly everything we were looking for - it was new, spacious, immaculate, pool and hot tub, on the canal, close to restaurants, and much more! The Edgewater hosts were super helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The only downside is there was no sun on the lanai/pool area this time of year. Other than that, it was a perfect spot! I would highly recommend!

Newer home, very nicely decorated. Master bed has a foam topper on it. Pool is great for small children due to shallow area. Centrally located on a quiet side street, with easy access to the whole island. Golf cart friendly.

The property is beautiful, clean, well equipped and in a great location. Our family of six loved staying here! The property manager was extremely responsive to our request for some additional pots and pans that the home didn’t have. We would most definitely stay here again.

Spring break trip with 5 teenagers. House was beautiful. Great location. Clean. We did rent bikes so we could get around easier and that worked extremely well! Would stay at this location again!

This place was amazing for our family get-away! There were 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 5 and we can’t say enough about the host and the accommodations! We know Marco Island and the house was perfect to many local restaurants and activities. Thank you again to Maurice, Joy and Hannah for helping make this a special trip ?

The house has many provisions, including spices, coffee, paper products, fishing poles, beach equipment. The location is great ... basically across the street from several good restaurants. The pool js on the north side so at this time of year if you want sun, you have to sit outside of the lanai (and fish)!

Super clean and tidy, comfortable, luxurious vacation vibe. The home is also in a great location for walking to a few of the popular Marco breakfast/lunch/dinner spots. Would 100% stay here again ?
