Stayed Sep 2, 2021A lot of light bulbs blown out, pool was not cleaned, hot tub was ice cold, and no hot water in the house. The game room games were broken and unable to use. The movie room was of poor quality. We made several complaints on our first night there, no response. The next day we got a response saying that they just cleaned the pool and it shouldn’t be dirty. Then on the 3rd day, late afternoon the pool maintenance company showed up. Cleaned the pool but said we couldn’t go in until he returned to check the P.H. balance. Finally on our last day we could go fir a swim. Also on the last day around 2:30 pm, the maintenance guy shows up. I asked him why bother? Check out is 10am tomorrow. He said he was gonna check all of our issues and repair them. But for my family and me, it was too late. The whole neighborhood had garbage on the street, bags torn open by the animals. It was very very poor. This was such a disgusting property. A total waste of money.

Stayed Dec 30, 2019Plenty of activities to keep kids entertained. They added a arcade racing game the day we arrived but unfortunately only one was working correctly the whole week. The kids loved the garage/game room and movie room but you need to bring your own DVD’s and Xbox One/PS4 games. We had hot tub heating issues the whole week and the Property Manager had to order a new part to have the heat work for properly. For the most part the spa wouldn’t heat past pool temp. My main complaint there is they would come do something and not tell us so we didn’t know where we stood with the fix. Came back one day and turned on the jets and the spa drained because they changed some valves around and turned off the pump. It appeared to be working by the end of the trip. I would also recommend buying extra spoons if you have a large family. There was a shortage with most of us having cereal in the mornings (14 people) and there was only 1 kitchen hand towel. We also had to wash bathroom and pool towels every since there seemed to be a shortage of them when having a lot of people too. Really not a big deal on towels but still something we ran into. When we showed up it smelled a little musty so not sure when the last people were there. We got some air freshener and it seemed to be gone by the next day or so. Location is great with all parks being about 30 minutes from the house depending on traffic. One time was 1.5 hours due to Orlando traffic. Try to travel around park closure/opening times if you go anywhere else. I would probably rent again.
