Stayed Dec 22, 2025The host was super easy to contact if there were any questions.Everything was clean and in working order. The view is great! Spectacular sunrises! After Christmas the boardwalk was quite busy, and there were plenty shops open with great sales. A great place to stay any time of the year!

Stayed Sep 1, 2025The place and location were great. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the property. Floors were extremely dirty and we felt that the sheets on one or two of the beds were not changed from the last rental. Having a washer and dryer on the premises took care of the issue, but it was an inconvenience. Even with these issues, we would consider staying here again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025Excellent facilities. Interior is roomy and accommodations are very nice and clean, albeit showing a bit of wear from the just completed Summer season which is to be expected and not a show stopper for this otherwise wonderful home. Garage parking is a plus although allotted spaces are a bit tight. Being right on the boardwalk is a huge plus with everything within walking distance.We would definitely rent this accommodation again and recommend it to others.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025Unit was dusty in areas. Unit needs updating. Towels were wet. There was a known problem with the in the middle bathroom and we did experience it . Could not use that bathroom during stay. Very disappointed nothing could not be done and family members ended up sharing. We specifically wanted a 3 bedroom/bathroom unit.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Parking spots were in a difficult area, but the unit was nicely decorated and well stocked. Upon inspection found only one towel in master bath set out on jacuzzi tub and floors along with shower glass were not cleaned well. Samantha helped us search dryer and under bathroom cabinets but only found two in hallway bathroom. She enabled us to get from the closet; Thursday found them left in washer when we went to do clothes. Cleaning people seemed to have been rushed or not familiar with set up. Appreciate OC Rentals help with everything and owner keeping a nicely maintained unit.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025My group of senior girl friends were very upset as on line all of the bedrooms had beds on the floor. I even messaged before booking making sure there were no bunk beds. Once inside the condo, there were bunk beds. We each wanted our own beds, no one in my group could use the bunk beds. Two friends had to share the king bed, which was not the set up we expected.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024We enjoyed our stay in this condo with everything. Conveniently located, we loved the ocean views near the boardwalk. Restaurants and shops located nearby were a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious, not cramped. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2024It was an excellent process from booking to check in, to communication with owners regarding building code changes to access the main building. Very convenient to food and entertainment too. Only thing I would update is the 3rd bedroom showing 2 twin beds instead of bunk beds. Overall a great experience!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Loved the location as we could walk the boardwalk every day during our stay. Beautiful view and having speakers in the rooms and porch were great. Loved that it was furnished with sheets and a starter supply of TP, paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc.. as some of the other condos in same building did not.

Stayed May 12, 2024Must have a very bad cleaning crew. There was a of bottle lotion in bed sheets a few things laying around like no one cleaned at all, very disappointed in the cleanliness. Third year staying in condo dirtiest room we ever had.
