Luxury Beachfront Peaceful Large Yard Mooring

Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:)

This house was the perfect summer escape for our family. The property is stunning and having your own personal beach with kayaks and paddleboards and beach chairs made for ultimate relaxation. House set up and towels/linens were excellent. Quick drive to Newport restaurants and local vineyards allowed for yummy food and drink. Would definitely come back….even with a long drive from Philadelphia.

My wife and I were looking for a nice house on the water between Providence and Newport for a getaway long weekend combining visits with our college-age son in Providence and time for ourselves to tour around Newport. This house fit the bill perfectly. While this visit was just my wife and me, the house is plenty big for a large, active family with plenty of indoor space, a large backyard on the water, and direct access to a nice waterfront with a beach of small rocks and sea shells. Communication prior to and during our stay with the management company handling the rental was very good.

Well appointed and maintained property. Large fenced yard and beach access kept our gaggle of young cousins well occupied and easily supervised.

The water and the views make this house worth it! Quiet, peaceful, has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The view took my breath away! Simply stunning! Beach just steps away. The house was clean and well appointed, plenty of room for our family and friends! Quick drive to Newport, many local restaurants to choose from. Property management company was quick to respond to all my questions before I arrived. We stayed in April, can’t imagine how much fun it would be on a hot summer day! Highly recommended this home - hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Absolutely loved this house! Beautiful spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with private beach. Rooms were clean and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. Large backyard was great for kids to run around and play. Views of the ocean were amazing. Loved the deck to relax, have dinner and watch the sunset. Also liked that it had a nice laundry room to use. This would be a great place to have a family reunion, great areas to entertain in with lots of rooms and plenty of things to do at the house/beach or out exploring Newport!

I stayed only a few days with friends and my 2 teenage boys - everyone was blown away by the house the space and the backyard with the private beach - the house is close enough to New Port and far enough to envoy the silence. The interior is beautiful and convertible almost brand new my 2 boys enjoyed the pool table - kitchen is great and the terrace with a mind blowing view is just perfect - I can't wait to get there in Summer with all the kayaks and paddle boats there are in the house - can only recommend 100%.
