House Rules:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American`s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking. No parties.

NOTICE: There are 2 Exterior Ring cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage is private & may be used for liability reasons & to monitor occupancy & other house policies. It in NO way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas outside of the home. To disable or obscure cameras is prohibited.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $200 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Relax & Enjoy Stay: It`s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under our Waivo insurance policy!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Andrea’s Precise Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
