The house was amazing in every way. All the comfort and convenience you could ask for and a great location. Communication with host and his team was super responsive.

The setting is amazing! We essentially had our own private beach and the sand is as smooth as silk.

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful beach front house property. Great location. The views and sunsets were amazing. The kids enjoyed the dolphins' daily visits.We will hopefully be back. Lyle, thanks for the great communication and lovely visit.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Really responsive hosts with good/considerate communication (had planned installation of upgrade and asked if we preferred it to be done while we were there so we would have access vs after we left). Will definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week on beautiful Anna Maria Island. However, while the setting was idyllic, our experience with the rental property fell short of expectations—especially given the premium price point. To put things in perspective, the cost of the rental breaks down to nearly 3 per minute, based on a check-in time of 4:00 PM on Saturday and a check-out at 10:00 AM the following Saturday. At that rate, one naturally expects a seamless experience and fully functional amenities. Unfortunately, that was not the case.Upon arrival, we discovered that the refrigerator was too warm to safely store food, and the ice maker was non-functional. When I contacted the management company, I was advised—rather dismissively—to purchase ice across the street. This response was not only inconvenient but also surprising, considering the property is marketed as a luxury rental. Great game room with ping pong table-yet only 3 paddles-one with a broken handle and one with the cover ripping off--small details but unexpected in a Luxury House.  The issues didn’t end there. From Tues through Sat, the dishwasher remained out of order adding further frustration to what should have been a great vacation.Ice maker fixed Thurs.Despite multiple complaints,the management company declined to offer any form of reparation or compensation for these essential amenities being unavailable. Their unwillingness to acknowledge or address the inconvenience was disappointing and unexpected.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids, aged 9-16. Everyone had a great time. The house was amazing in many ways… so clean, great kitchen for the many diets we deal with, great location, well taken care of, plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful week with my family.

We had an amazing week at this beachfront property. The house was shared with an extended family of 15 people, and we all fit very comfortably. The Kitchen was huge, we enjoyed the large island and the openness of it! We loved the porches in the morning and at night, and enjoyed the pool and beach each day. The views from the porches are incredible here! The location of the house was great too with the ease of getting to the grocery store and restaurants. We weren't sure what to expect from last years hurricanes, but the house was cleaned up beautifully. The clear and direct view out to the beach from the pool area was one of our favorite parts of the house. There were plenty of very nice beach chairs for everyone, and lots of sand toys for the kids.

We loved our visit to AMI and staying in this house! Plenty of room, clean, beautiful views, and a perfect location. Nothing beats walking right onto the beach. Having the pool was a huge plus to retreat to when you needed a little break! I would say the only thing to improve is possibly providing a few more necessity items like trash bags, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. While we expected to provide food for our stay, not having to think of those things would have been nice.

Loved the area and the property which is large, clean and well appointed. Elevator was a great option as my wife's bad knee would have made negotiating the stairs a major challenge. Beautiful beach and pool with every outdoor chair, accessory and toy you could want or need. Only, very minor complaint, was the lack of certain items such as cleaning supplies, food storage items, baking trays etc. Overall a wonderful four week stay which we may well look to repeat.

AMI Strong should be AMI Stronger! Our family had the BEST time at Beachfront Paradise. We have been coming to AMI for the holidays for over a decade and it is so wonderful to see the island back. Yes there are still restorations yet to be done but the island welcome was incredible! And Beachfront Paradise added to it. This is one where the property itself is way better than the pictures! The beach vista is incredible… the back yard is all beach and beautiful… the outdoor furnishings have been upgraded to Polywood… and the house seems bigger and more spacious than the pictures suggest. Our family of 11 was more than comfortable with extra room to spare. The kitchen is well adorned (if not missing a random accessory but that is to be expected in a rental) and even has some extras (we cooked our Christmas pot roast in the bonus crockpot!). The towel service is fine (there was enough and there are well adorned laundry rooms if you need to wash given so much beach time). TVs are in every room everywhere. The beach level playroom was great with foosball and ping pong and beach reads (and a bathroom on that floor was a bonus). The location on AMI was so convenient… 1 mile away from Publix and the Circle K across the street. Trolley stop right at the house too. An incredible stay in an incredible property! Katie, Lyle and Clover team are top notch. One of our best stays in AMI, and there is so much good in this lovely island community.

Our group of 15 had to switch properties last minute due to the hurricanes but it worked out amazing! This property was right on the beach and every age had something to enjoy. The public beach was just a short walk away with volleyball nets. There were also pickleball courts within walking distance. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Our stay at this home was exactly what we were hoping for - beautiful home on the beach with great amenities (pool/spa, games, and elevator!!) We were a family with several generations and each of us were in love with this home. The teens even disconnected from their phones and enjoyed the views of the sunset melting into the horizon from the balcony and beach. The older generation had no issues with their room on the 3rd floor because they had their VIP elevator. The younger kids had so much fun. We made great memories at this home and we hope to return soon!
