The home was clean and nice and we enjoyed our location. The kitchen and living room were spacious and very nice. We were there for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed seeing everyone outside walking, biking, etc.

We loved the location and character of this home i would stay again ! I think a fu updates like refinishing the floors would make this home more appealing but over all very cute ! Enjoyed our few day here been great !we enjoyed being so close to chapel and attended Sunday church at seaside chapel - wonderful sermon

However we knew they would act swiftly to remedy any issue we had.

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely stay at this property. Great location to all that Seaside has to offer, and comfortable furnishings. For the price, I’d recommend the owners consider providing simple things like beach and pool toys so that families don’t have to go buy them. We wound up buying them and leaving them behind for the next family to enjoy.

We enjoyed both upstairs and downstairs porch sitting. The kitchen is wonderful and we would've cooked if we had stayed longer. Loved every bit of this cottage and Seaside in the fall.

Just as described, beautiful place, quick access to the beach, lovely little town with more to do a short drive away.

Sea Pearl was just perfect for our family of four. The house was super clean and everything was just as advertised. We had zero issues. The downstairs living area is very spacious. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. It rained two of the days but we had plenty of space to play games and even work a puzzle.
