Rental Agreement & Damage Deposit
To help ensure a smooth and secure experience for both guests and hosts, we kindly require all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit is due prior to arrival to cover any potential incidentals or damages. The full amount is returned after checkout, provided everything is in order.

Cancelations & Refunds
We have a 60-day cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their reservation more than 60 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus a non-refundable 4% processing fee to cover credit card and administrative costs. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

    To start, the place is amazing! Space is not an issue whatsoever. The interior design was beautiful, will never get bored of walking through the hallways haha. I have to mention the customer service. The property manager Dennon was excellent, made everything easier for us. Provided constant and clear communication from the time we booked until our unfortunate end. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely coming back!

    Lion's Gate Estate is the king of all vacation properties. You will not find a better place. I have stayed in vacation properties for many years, and this is the best. Dennon, our host, is the best host you will ever have. Everybody in our group was asking, When can we do it again?
