Stayed Feb 4, 2026The house was wonderful. Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. House was well stocked with towels. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. The host was very responsive and would reply to any questions almost immediately. I would highly recommend this house for large groups of people. Really good set up for large families and it was absolutely perfect for our guys golf trip of 8 people. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

Stayed Dec 2, 2025The house was beautiful and well maintained. The bed were very comfortable, and my team enjoyed themselves immensely. A good time was had by all. Although there was an issue with the hot tub, Dylan responded immediately, and my team could enjoy the hot tub the following day without issue. We will definitely rent again when we are in the Tampa area.Thanks!

Stayed May 8, 2025We had a family gathering to celebrate a graduation. We all descended to Tampa. Location was about 12 minutes from airport, which was great for airport runs. A Publix was right down the street to pick up any needed groceries. The backyard provided great entertainment with the bocci court, pickleball, and bball court. The bedrooms were very nice. Single-bed rooms were small, but functional. The fourth full bathroom was next to the kitchen on the first floor, but we had no issues at all. We had a blast, and Dylan was great to communicate with. Would definitely return to this house when coming back to Tampa. Thanks Dylan!!!

Stayed May 3, 2025This house is perfect for a large family. The pool and the backyard kept all 9 of us entertained for our entire stay. So much so we rarely left the house. The house is very well stocked and the inside looks to be recently redone. We will stay here again! As a bonus there’s a playgroup right across the street.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Super enjoyable property with lots of activities. Plenty of room for big group—8 adults/6 kids. Large open kitchen was a huge benefit. Super well cleaned and tasteful decorating. Pool temp was fantastic! Overall outstanding!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025The house was great overall. Loved all the backyard fun!! We also loved the pool table, arcade, etc. we had 18 women staying in the house and it was so nice to all have our own bedroom space. The bathrooms were also nice.The pool area seemed a little dirty, but the pool itself was SO nice. Unfortunately the day the hot tub was cleaned the chemicals were so strong that eyes were burning and a few of the girls swimsuits faded in color. It would be great to have access to a leaf blower to clean up the area to play pickleball and pool area. Overall would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The space was incredibly spacious and clean, and our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The owner was very responsive and great. However, our experience was marred by a serious safety concern. Unfortunately, my father-in-law suffered an injury on the property due to massive nails left near the front yard garbage area. We had to rush him to the emergency room and incur unexpected medical expenses to get him treated. While we understand accidents can happen, we feel that the owner should take responsibility for ensuring the property is hazard-free. We have photos and videos documenting the incident and left some of the nails on display for the owner's reference. Considering the circumstances, we believe a small refund for the emergency care costs would be reasonable. Despite this incident, we appreciate the home's beauty and comfort. With improved safety measures, we would consider returning.
