Stayed Aug 1, 2025Upon arrival, we discovered numerous issues with the condition of the home that were not accurately reflected in the listing. These included:Unsanitary conditions: dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cobwebs throughout the house, stained carpets, holes in walls, and a used coffee maker with old grounds left inside.Unpleasant odor throughout the house — we had to purchase air fresheners ourselves.A nonfunctional BBQ grill that was shown as usable in the listing photos.Cleaning chemicals stored in areas accessible to children — an unsafe condition.Many burnt-out light bulbs, and limited essential supplies like toilet paper and trash bags (only supplied after we specifically requested them).Inadequate cookware and dishware despite the listing stating the house accommodates 20 guests.
