    We have a mixed review of the property.There was plenty of room; lots of bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This appears to be an investment property versus a home that is rented out for a week at a time. With a small amount of investment, TLC and attention to details, this could be a wonderful house. Several of the appliances didn't work or didn't work well. Stove top, oven, wine refrigerator, gas fireplace, inconsistent house heating, one washer didn’t spin out and one dryer didn’t dry well, ice machine – had to buy bags of ice, and grill didn’t get to temp.We had to go back and forth between 2 kitchens with the food and associated cooking equipment. We were cooking breakfast and dinner for 12; lots of extra time and effort. The layout suggests that this was cobbled together from 2 separate homes. Poor workmanship in multiple places. No gym as noted in the amenities.The description also said there are 2 master bedrooms on the main floor - good for 2 sets of grandparents.This was not true. Only one on the main floor. The description said there was one bedroom on the top floor - there were 2.This separated folks where we were trying to blend families. Even though there is an elevator, the bedroom locations created some planning and logistic problems. We just needed accuracy in the description. I suggest that VRBO periodically physically visit some of the sites to check on the veracity of the description.Difficult onsite parking. Close to downtown.

    This was an excellent option for a large group of 13 adults to stay for our holiday week in December. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with bathrooms en suite, and the common area was large and spacious enough to accommodate dining and entertainment. Very close walk to the shuttle to Canyon Village

    This beautiful home had a room with bathroom for all. Great views, two kitchens, sweet hot tub. The elevator was greatly appreciated, especially with those not acclimated to the altitude. Thanks for a wonderful space for an extended family gathering.

    This house offered everything we needed as the second home for our work retreat. We opted not to meet there as the group since the main space was a bit small and lacked light. It was very well kept and I would highly recommend.

    The property was easy to access and well-maintained. Checkout was a breeze as they take care of everything. The house has a unique layout, but for a group of adults it actually provided everyone with a little more seperation/space which was nice. There was an issue with the master shower they alerted us to shortly before our arrival and helped offer solutions. It's on the corner of a busy intersection but still an easy walk to shops/restaurants. Less than a 10-minute walk with ski equipment to Town Lift. Overall, great experience & would recommend for a group trip in Park City.

    A group of friends stayed here over a long weekend. The location of the house was excellent, easily walkable to downtown Park City. The layout of the house was a bit confusing, but after we got the hang of it it worked very well for multiple couples. The kitchen was well-stocked and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and accommodated couples. Some of the rooms were on the colder side, but there were sufficient heaters to ensure each room was comfortable. The driveway is heated but a bit tricky to fit multiple cars in due to it being down a steep hill, particularly in a snowstorm. However, overall the place was great for a weekend away and very close to Park City and Deer Valley.
