Stayed Jan 9, 2026We had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made getting around super easy. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025First of all: I would not rent the house again and can only advise against it.But probably the worst thing is that people go into the house when you are not there. We marked the front door to see if anyone was going into the house when we were away. Both seals were broken, so someone was in the house! That is allowed!The house is offered with 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are not actually bedrooms, but separate adjoining rooms. For example, one bedroom is directly in front of the master bedroom, so you have to pass through it to get to the other. I also wonder how this is supposed to work with 14 people and 2 bathrooms. The shower didn't work in the 2nd bathroom, so my son had to come and shower with me (master bathroom).The outdoor facilities are not usable, all seat cushions are very dirty, so that you can not sit on them. We informed the landlord of this and 2 cushions were cleaned, but not the ones on the outside table. Only the bare minimum was done.All in all, everything is very old, the doors don't close, water runs out of the fridge, it's really all very old and little maintenance is done. The agency is constantly annoying with emails, welcome phone calls, etc.The house is actually a complete renovation case.

Stayed May 31, 2025The home was stunning, and the rooms were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the interior, although we found the need for more bathrooms due to our group of 12 guests, especially since there were only two full bathrooms upstairs. However, the exterior of the home was a different story. The patio furniture on both the balcony and by the pool was filthy, not up to a five-star standard, and unsuitable for seating near the deck by the jet skis and boat at the back of the lake house. The area was also plagued with cobwebs & spiders, making the steps difficult to navigate. The outdoor maintenance wasn't up to par, with bugs present on all the windows outside on the upstairs balcony and near the pool. Additionally, during our stay, the lawn care service blew debris into the pool, which we felt was inconsiderate as we were using the pool during our stay. Despite these issues, we managed to make the best of our visit and enjoyed our stay, appreciating the spaciousness of the house and its homey feel. We did encounter some problems with the TVs and experienced slow internet. Nonetheless, the neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet, deserving five stars for its location.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Our stay at the home was wonderful. The pool and access to Lake Houston was a wonderful bonus. Friendly neighbors. Plenty of rooms and room in the house. Beautiful neighborhood and easy access to shopping and dining out, we recommend the Lake Houston Brewery right down the road and on the lake. Very friendly, good food and craft beers. The host was very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with the grill and they had a new one delivered first thing in the morning. We accidentally broke a lamp and reported it. They were very fair about the replacement cost, I couldn't even find one at the price they charged us, You can definitely stay here with confidence and we highly recommend it.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The house was lovely and so close to our Wedding Venue of Hidden Pines. The added pool table, swimming pool, and boat rental ensured that our young adults had a fantastic time! The grill we had planned to use for the 4th of July we found had a rusted out bottom but was easily temporarily fixed w foil. Sure it will be replaced soon! Only word of caution, if you have older visitors who plan to use the downstairs bedroom- it is open above to the den so the sound of the den carries directly into the room. Also the downstairs bath is a half bath. We had a fantastic time!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was super comfortable . The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. The host answered quickly and professional about everything what I need to know. I was really enjoy my morning coffee by a pool .A great and amazing stay! We surely will come back. Wish I could make a 10 stars for this!
