Stayed Dec 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely friendly and communicative, which we greatly appreciated. We need to adjust our dates by one day to accommodate a chance in our family's schedule and they were happy to work with us. They also left a little welcome package for our arrival which was a really nice and welcoming touch. The house itself was very well laid out and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner for our large family, and we appreciated having multiple spaces for the kids (and adults) to relax and enjoy themselves. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We were extremely impressed with this villa. The communication before our stay was excellent and the villa was super spacious and extremely clean. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay and maintained to a high standard. The pool area overlooking the water was beautiful and the games room was a big hit with our children. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to rebooking in the near future.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This place is absolutely stunning. The views from the pool deck are breathtaking; it's so peaceful and quiet, and the local wildlife is endlessly entertaining to watch. The two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the grandparents, while the younger ones took the rooms upstairs. The games room was a huge hit — especially the basketball — the boys (and my husband!) loved it. We had a brief Wi-Fi hiccup and the property management came within a couple of hours to get us back online — very friendly and efficient. This is the place to stay in Solterra!
