Luxury 6BR Retreat Pool + Parking | Near NYC & EWR | Sleeps 12+

The house and property are amazing! We had such a fun stay. My kids (2,5) had an amazing time playing in their super stocked play room and in the backyard and pool. There were many safety features for kids - a pool gate, baby gates on the stairs, life jackets provided. Lots of kids plates, cups, bowls. The beds were so comfortable. The bedding and house finishes were very upscale. The AC worked great. The pool was divine! Couple of things to be aware of - the family obviously lives here most of the time. The freezer upstairs and fridge and freezer downstairs were packed with their food (see pics). If we had been staying longer and wanted to cook our own meals we would have had trouble finding space for our food. The listing has floor plans which show 3 bedrooms on the second floor - but one of these bedrooms is not available for use. We were disappointed because we wanted our 2 kids a grownup to stay all on the same floor. We ended up putting our kids together in the master on the second floor which luckily worked out. Andre graciously allowed us a late checkout for the misunderstanding. The playroom is set up differently compared to the listing pictures. There’s a giant climbing wall - which my kids loved but it meant someone had to be right there next to them in case they fell rather than relaxing on the couch while they played. Overall I think it’s a great vacation home for a family with young children and I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Birthday Celebration with 8 adults & 1 yr old! The house with its playroom and backyard is a child's dream. The is house is lovely, well stocked, we all loved it. We wanted easy access to NYC and the location was spot on. NJT a mile from the house and an EASY train ride to PENN Station, can't get easier than that. Our host Andre was always available and answered all our questions quickly. I would highly recommend especially if you are traveling with small children!

The house was wonderful, clean, easy to get into, plenty of space for all 11 of us. would definitely recommend & book again!

We had a wonderful time. The house is amazing! Very spacious. The only thing i would change or at least note that there is no televisions in any of the bedrooms and the outside patio could use another table or a bigger table than what is already there. Overall we had a great time!

The house was as described - great layout and amenities for a group of families. Very clean and accommodating host. We will definitely stay again

House is great however we did not have heat on the first 2 levels for all the first day through the night and half of the 2nd day. there was heat on the 2nd and 3rd floor but we ended up all hanging out in a bedroom as the tv area and downstairs were to cold. I understand these things happen however It would have been nice to be offered a rebate or something other then a sorry about that

We had a great time here and would book again. Very clean and spacious great for our large group and everyone was able to have their own space with a great kitchen and living room area.

This property located in Elizabeth, NJ was perfect for our family of 8 ranging in age from 6 to 83. The home is a good size which allowed for being together and private spaces as needed. Our young granddaughters enjoyed the playroom. The backyard area offered a large sitting area, a playground and a pool (closed for the season) which would be nice in the summer. There is plenty of parking and the location is convenient for visiting the sites in NJ and NYC. The property manager is great. He responded quickly to all questions and made adjustments to meet our needs. We would definitely stay in this home again.

The house was as advertised. 5 bedrooms with a nice open living space. Modern and up to date. The back yard was huge and great for entertaining!
