The property manager lives two doors down, this is your vacation and I want to be as interactive as feels good for you.

Red Rock Ranch is a gorgeous mountain view neighborhood. Nestled right under Mount Herman in Monument Colorado. This property is located on an acre lot. RRR has a small neighborhood park and is within walking distance to the Mount Herman trail system. A quick 5 min drive will bring you to Palmer Lake or Monument. RRR is situated right in between the two towns. In Palmer Lake enjoy your choice of a variety of restaurants, the start of the Santa Fe Trail or a game of pickleball. Monument has three grocery stores, many restaurants and a small downtown shopping scene.

You will have access to the entire property except for one locked supply closet.

We love our furry friends but this home is not pet friendly. Please remove your shoes inside. Please smoke outside only & clean up your butts. We do our best to keep the hot tub clean and maintained between guests. Please know that sometimes maintenance or cleaning may need to take place during your stay. We also can not control if/when the tub will need maintenance; this is beyond anyones control. If the tub is down during your stay a refund or discount will not be given. The home has many amentities; the hot tub is just one of them.
