More than enough room for a large group to stay and have plenty of space to spread out. The house is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong were an extra bonus. The location was quiet and peaceful but fun to be on the golf course. Working with Sunset Lodging was the best part. I was happy to support the local company and not VRBO and it turned out to be the best decision. They were responsive and friendly to work with. We had a little trouble with the TV and they sent someone right over to fix it. We also left something very important at check out and they went above to secure it for us. The staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is huge, and so much room for everyone. We had our 3 children and their spouses and families, so a total of 14. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it so convenient. The game room was a hit with everyone, and so was the hot tub. There were bikes and ping pong in the garage. The kitchen is so large and well stocked, with even 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. The large laundry room made it so nice to store extra food and supplies. We had just a few issues, but Sunset Lodging was so quick to respond and take care of everything. We recommend this home 100%!!

It is obvious that great care was taken when the house was built, as it is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. That being said, there are some much-needed maintenance issues that once fixed would make it 5 stars. The beds were all extremely squeaky and need to be tightened; there appears to be a slow leak somewhere in the wood beam upon entering the house; the drawers in the main fridge are broken; the dishwashers need a good cleaning and one has a broken detergent compartment; the light switches do not work well; and the AV equipment never did work for us. All in all those issues were super minor and we had a great time. Sunset was amazing to work with and very responsive. Thank you!

It's a nice open layout on the main level with several bedrooms upstairs, away from the main level living room which was nice because the bedrooms were quiet. The bunk room was great for the teenagers in our group. It sits on the 11th fairway so we had a great view. We enjoyed the upper level bonus room, pool table and other games. We'd definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great home for our large (8 adults and 4 children) group. We love the king beds in four of the en-suite rooms. The bunk room with its own bathroom is great for the kids. It is close to all the Sunriver activities. The kitchen is well appointed for a large group. Our concern is that the property is not being well taken care of. It seems the entire house needs a deep cleaning and some attention from the homeowners. Furniture needs to be moved to clean dirt under couches, baseboards need to be dusted. Both dishwashers smelled bad after use. Dishes seemed clean but there was a bad odor in the dishwasher. There were no extra towels in any of the bathrooms. It is time for new linens on the beds. The “flavor bars” on the BBQ need to be replaced and the BBQ itself was very dirty. The grill brush to clean the grill needs replacing. The toe kick at the kitchen sink is missing. The bikes need maintenance. One of our guys crashed on his bike after the seat swiveled during his bike ride. Tires are very bald on several bikes. It just would take a few days of someone coming in and making upgrades and doing maintenance for a cleaner presentation and more comfortable, safer stay for their renters. We spend a lot of money for this rental and love the house. We actually have rented it for next summer but will definitely not return if the needed maintenance has not been addressed.

This is a great home for a large group. It’s particularly nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is well equipped.
