Loved the house and all of my friends did ass well , house had everything from forks to pans and over trays , the pool table and air hockey table were favorites especially the pool table , we played every chance that we got the pool was not to cold and big enough for us to play around and the rooms were just what we needed perfect house to stay at the beaches were all relatively close if you’re up for a little drive would definitely book again thank you Mike for the warm and cozy stay

We appreciated the games such as pool table ping pong/ice hockey table was a great to entertain our kids when they were not in the pool. All I can say is they need more kitchen equipment if you’re gonna cook . Other than that great open house clean and neat .

House was nice, and we fit perfect. The only complain is the kitchen, it need it a lot of basic stuff, spoons, forks, knifes, pans, kitchen towels, etc., so if you are planing to eat or cook there take your stuff or like us go to Walmart and buy what you need.. other then that the house was nice and the kids had a blast on the swimming pool..

Nice, clean house. AC and all appliances work great. This is a good place to stay if you have large group and you’re just looking for somewhere to land at night. It is not located close to downtown CC (Water Street, etc.) and our Uber trips were $30 minimum. Not much of a backyard and, for an outdoors group like ours, I would not pick this place as a hangout.

This house was stunning. We felt like kings and queens living in this house. Beds are comfy, showers are majestic and beautifully presented. The house has everything you need and is convenient. Neighbors were welcoming and neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It was the perfect place to host an engagement party/surprise wedding for family and friends! Thank you for an amazing stay!

House was Super clean and gorgeous inside the master shower was AMAZING!!! Couldn’t ask for a better house! HOWEVER… this house is on 2 platforms and the house was double booked. Getting back from dinner we had a knock at the door and another family was telling me that we were in his rental. After talking with the family and getting ahold of the PM the other family was moved to another location. Mind you we are a big party and so were they. both with women and children. What if we were not home and another family arrived or if just the lady’s and kids were there alone as the other party had the same code to get in. Requested to have the code changed for safety reason PM said he would do so the next day as it already late at night. The PM never changed the code. PM stayed in contact when needed but didn’t follow through. Unfortunate situation. But I have to give this rental at solid 3.5 stars over all. It would have been a 5 but the double book and the passcode for safety of my family.
