Stayed Nov 7, 2025The host had pretty good correspondence, and the house is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. It is not well-appointed, however, and needs maintenance.Pros:- mostly quiet neighborhood, pretty close to the main Seattle things to do.- big house, enough space for everyone.- great views.- nice washer and dryer.Cons:- uncomfortable furniture. The mattresses, couches, and chairs need to be replaced.- no window coverings in bedrooms, bathrooms, or main spaces.- difficulty finding the key to get inside in the dark.- not as well-appointed as I would have expected.

The views are amazing, and the home well equipped - with gym, sauna, game room, and a well appointed kitchen.The host is responsive and friendly, ensuring we have a comfortable stay through timely communication.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025We had a group of coworkers on a 2 week project and stayed at this location. In 15 years of doing this, and staying all over Seattle, this house was by far…THE BEST!!!Sure there were hiccups, propane tank was empty and the coffee maker died. But those were taken care of immediately. We were bummed that the 3 pinball machines pictured, were actually only 1. And the shuffleboard needed media, but those definitely were not deal breakers. Thank You for a great stay

Stayed Feb 25, 2025Everything you need for the perfect visit to Seattle. The booking process was seamless, communication was flawless, and the home is 5-star in every way. The amenities are beyond anything I've ever experienced in a VRBO, the beds are more comfortable than home, the neighborhood is quiet, and the views on a clear day are priceless.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Location within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and home has a beautiful view of downtown Seattle. Large space easily accommodated the family and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Some items in the home were not working properly which were communicated to the manager. This is a pet friendly property and some of the spaces could have been cleaned better prior to our stay.
