LUXURY 4 LEVEL TOWNHOME - THE HEART OF HOUSTON MONTROSE

Check in and communications up to arrival were positive but when we arrived, we were disappointed by a number of things. No toilet paper in bathrooms, had to search cabinets for towels, towels had stains on them, had to find sleeping pillows for beds, paper on windows where blind had broke, Keurig had no cartridges for coffee and no other coffee maker, elevator did not work, so had to carry family bags up multiple flights of stairs. Above all, there was a water pipe for smoking weed that was left in the kitchen cabinet. The place just had a lot of overall wear and tear. Not a safe place for kids. Asked for a refund and the amount given for two nights was less than I paid for one night because of all the fees. Terrible experience overall.

First off let me just say Thank You!!! Ms.Tiffany….. from the beginning of the booking process she was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and made sure everything went smooth. She even went as far to redirecting me here to this app cause other apps wasn’t very people friendly to say the least. The house was exceptionally clean, the neighbors were nice, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Pictures does nothing for this home it’s a must see in person. If you’re ever in Houston I would definitely recommend you to stay here with a peace of mind… WHY STAY AT A FIVE STAR HOTEL WHEN YOU CAN BOOK WITH A FIVE STAR HOST!!! This was my first time using this type of service, but I’ll definitely book this spot every time I need a place to stay with guest in Houston. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x10

If you like modern, this is your place. Looks just like the pictures, with good hang out space, well outfitted kitchen and all very clean, modern and comfortable. Neighborhood is one of Houston's best - lots of restaurants, parks in two directions and fun places to check out.

Good space

Pluses: Very close to the family that we were visiting in Houston; wifi good and tv in living room nice and big; the property was well stocked w/toilet paper and paper towels; had an eclectic range of spices and cooking oils. Minuses: this house was only partially finished. Only the master bedroom had nightstands. All the other bedrooms and den/pull out couch had none. NO towel racks in any of the bathrooms. Only the master bath has sufficient towels/wash clothes. No dining room table (just 4 barstools). Kitchen was only minimally supplied - no mixing bowls, no large caserole dishes; no corkscrew (!) In short, the house looks great and it probably ok for overnight stay for 1-2 persons, but not comfortable for two familes and kids.

The property was great! It is located in a great area, and it is within close proximity of shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay!
