Luxury 4 Br House near USM

Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well.

When reaching out to the host the host was unresponsive , leaving multiple messages stated we were coming from out of town the day of check in still nothing from host , there were no instructions for checkin , in regards to lock codes when arriving to home we weren’t able to get in called the host serval times and nothing , remind all of this was the day before Thanksgiving which we need the kitchen to cook dinner and we came down to visit family .. we were not able to get into the house . Hrs went by we eventually had to cancel and my family was left with no home for Thanksgiving . Very unprofessional don’t book .

This property was perfect for our family. The house was super clean, very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again!

The stay was comfortable but the WiFi did not work so we had no tv all night in certain rooms

This house had some repairs happening, so the owner called the day before and moved us into another home in the same neighborhood. The house was very clean, the neighborhood very quiet. Loved the location - close to the zoo, university, coffee shops, and restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone!

Very cute house with a nice remodel and extremely spacious. However, when we arrived for check-in, the host was unresponsive. Finally after getting the entry code, we walked in to a 42° house and a broken heater/AC unit. Extremely uncomfortable stay, and the host did not reply until the next day.

We had a birthday celebration for my mother's 80th birthday attended by a total of 8 people ranging from 19 to 80. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and enjoy our time together. The house has been recently refurbished and is very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were a plus with so many people staying there. The only issues we had were the front door lock and the thermostat are rather high tech and took us a minute to figure out. The large dog next door caused a few moments of concern; however, that is not the responsibility of the owner of this property. I would certainly recomend the house for anyone visiting the Hattiesburg area.
