Luxury 4-bedroom Penthouse in Siesta Key- Private rooftop terrace

The condo is beautiful and close to everything we need. We had plenty of beach chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas and towels. The condo is spacious and the bonus room with ping pong table was fun. The main living room sofa is in desperate need of replacing or a very good cleaning. It's gross. Pretty much all of the cushions are stained and dirty. The kitchen bar stools also need a deep cleaning as do the reclining chairs. I understand it's a rental, but someone isn't paying attention to these items. We had only 1 kitchen towel and nothing else could be found in the condo. We had to resort to bathroom hand towels. The sliding door in the main living area to balcony screeches very loud. Disappointed the photo gallery showed a TV on the balcony but it was gone.

Overall our multi-generational family vacation was a huge hit! The location of the house to the beautiful beach and the amazing village proximity provided best of both worlds. Plenty of space for all of us to relax and rest from beautiful sun filled days at the beach! Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool (which is shared with the 3 other units in the building) due to faulty equipment. The owner was really good about escalating the issue with the pool with the HOA who then had to coordinate with the pool company. However, the pool never ended up being operational for our duration.

So clean, nicely decorated, well outfitted. Many thoughtful touches such as ample beach chairs, and baby gear. The host provided excellent details to ensure expectations were met.

What a great rental. The house was so nice. We found so many little extras that made it a home away from home. The owner has thought of everything to make their guest feel welcome. The location of the house was perfect to Siesta Village and the beach. We hope to be back soon.

Everything was lovely. Walking distance to grocery, liquor store, bars and restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village and a quick walk acrossed the street to the beach. Can't ask for a better location. Owner was accommodating and communicative before and during our stay. Would and likely will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

The location was awesome! The rooftop deck needed new furniture was difficult to utilize that area. Also other outdoor furniture needed updating as it was falling apart.

Lovely home. Great location. Suited our family of 10 perfectly. One tiny issue is kitchen faucet leaks a little bit when you run water. Only pan I could have used for making pancakes was a griddle pan. Otherwise kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend thus hone to everyone

Our group absolutely loved this condo and it lived up to what was advertised! Very spacious and lots of balconies and a nice/private patio on the roof top. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to Siesta Key shops and restaurants.

We would definitely rent again. Did not have to contact property manager a single time. Check in/out instructions were perfect. Great mattresses through out.

Great house, the pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect location!
