Luxury 4-Bedroom, 1/3 acre, Heated Pool & Spa, Convenient to El Paseo

The house was perfect. Well equipped. Plenty of space for our family. The view of the mountains was lovely!

This was our 2nd December & we couldn’t feel more fortune . It is wonderful for just relaxing or entertaining a large family. The location is unbelievable.The hosts are incredible . Not enough good things to say . Couldn’t imagine wanting for another thing with this property.

Spent the month of February at this property. Had family and friends in for portions of that time. The house served us all well. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. However, we spent most of our time out back by the pool which beckoned us constantly with its beauty and the relaxing sound of falling water. The location was perfect. Lovely neighborhood just the right distance from the shops and restaurants of Palm Desert to be convenient but still quiet. Hosts were great. Had a couple of minor issues early on that were addressed immediately. We look forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful day with our two adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren under the age of two. The house was equipped with all of our needs, and beyond every little thing you can think of was provided for us. The owners were so incredibly thoughtful. Do not hesitate to rent this property for your family. The location is superb. There is a playground three blocks away on a dead-end street and close to El Paseo . We hope we have the privilege of coming back to this beautiful home with wonderful owners .

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood- We enjoyed daily walks, proximity to local golf courses , restaurants as well as gathering with family over these weeks. The pool and spa were used daily, enjoying the sunshine and post golf relaxation. Patio area is comfy and inviting - perfect for late nite drinks and early morning coffee … we enjoyed both. Julie and Jim made sure every question was answered. From the moment we entered the house - we felt welcomed. All essentials were plentiful, comfy beds ,bathrooms well appointed, kitchen easy to work in. It was fun to pick fresh lemons and limes for use in our cocktails and meals. The jalapeños were great in my cranberry salsa! Cutting fresh rosemary makes a cook feel right at home! We couldn’t have asked for more - a most wonderful Thanksgiving and start to the holidays. We will be back ! Also the roses on this property are fragrant … beautiful! Attention to detail inside and out !

We are 5 senior golfers who visit Palm Desert area each Spring. Our Bel Air rental was a perfect fit for our group of 2 couples and 1 single. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, with is a minimum requirement. The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was extremely well-stock with everything needed for groups of our size or larger. The backyard was pleasant, private, and quiet. The pool was maintained at 87 degrees and a perfect temperature for a dip. The attached Spa warmed-up to 103 degrees in less than 30 minutes. Jim (the owner/host) was very responsive to a couple of minor maintenance items. All-in-all, one of the best properties we've stayed at in the desert in 15+ years.

This was a great everything. Checkin was easy, hot tub, heated pool, lots of pool towels, everything you would need in a kitchen, laundry. I commend the owners in the ease of communication and their prompt replies. It was over the Christmas celebrations so they decorated a tree. This is a beautiful home and we did not want for anything.

What a wonderful stay. Jim and Julie are great hosts, we will definitely be planning our next stay with them again.

This is a gorgeous property that looked exactly like the listing. It is in great condition and has a gorgeous pool and yard. Lovely fruit trees & flowers. Owners greeted us and helped explain the intricacies off the house and equipment even though they left detailed pictures &instructions. It is a home truly well equipped for entertaining and comfort. Has a nice separate bedroom and bath by itself on one end of the house The location is great - very quiet. Lots of quiet streets for walking or you can take a 3 minute drive to El Paseo park and walk to meals and shopping. We did that and walked the strip both ways for some exercise. About 2 1/2 miles if you go up one side and down the other. Stopped for delicious breakfasts and great service at Wilma & Frida's located near Tommy Bahamas. As nice s it is the real jewels of the property are its owners. Jim & Julie were friendly, helpful and generous. Showed kindness in a personal way we will never forget. We have rented many properties in the desert and other cities and countries and have never met more instantly responsive owners who truly cared about your comfort. Thank you both for making our stay and us feel very special. Can’t wait to come back next year. Janis & Jack Ilenstine
