Fabulous, well equipped, very clean villa with comfy beds Location is perfect and only 5 mins from beach and the strip (bars & restaurants). Fabulous bakery with cafe across road. Had read reviews re noisy road before booking but it wasn't bad at all. The one negative thing i could say is the new apartments across road overlook and the patrons liked to watch us but this didn't put us off. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

The villa was fantastic. It was exactly as described. Everything we could possibly need for a great holiday. Everyone loved the pool . Plenty of space for our family of 7.The location couldn't be any better. The beach was a 5 minute walk away, and the 525 strip was 5 mins away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket 2 mins away. Across the road was a beautiful bakers shop, we had breakfast there a couple of times.Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely rent again in the future.

Lovely, clean, spacious villa with a private heated pool. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and everything needed utensil and dishware wise in the kitchen, would highly recommend to families of all ages. Location was perfect with the beach and strip 5 mins walk away and market 2 mins away in the opposite direction, will definitely be returning!

Really good villa in possibly the best location, close to beach, bars, restaurants etc. We knew the area very well but i would suggest a welcome pack to let people know of local attractions, beaches restaurants etc, not everyone will know whats in the area. Pool is lovely, rooms all comfortable and clean. Only slight critic is that xbox was not accessable as described, we had to request it and not all cables are with it to allow its use. Lastly, we had several issues with electrics failing and we were told this was due to hairdryer use, however, the electric failed when we were hardly using any power in the whole villa. Having owned a property in spain for several years, i know the electric can be hit and miss but there must be a bigger issue with the electrics at the villa that need sorting. Overall though, everything was dealt with in a timely fashion by Charlie who was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. 5 star if the electrics get sorted and would recommend.

Villa was in a good location for bars, restaurants and shopping. Only 10 mins from beach. Pool was great. Loved that it was heated. Three out of the four bedrooms and bathrooms very small but manageable. Unfortunately for us as a family it is right on a main road with buses, lorries and boy racers screaming up and down at all times day and night. Also an apartment block being built across the road with work starting around 6.45 in the morning. So based on that Unfortunately i would not stay again. For anyone who can sleep through the noise then im sure you will love it.

Great house, everything you need for your stay, fantastic pool and excellent location. Large supermarkets about a 10 minute walk, smaller one only a few minutes away. Fabiola very helpful and quick to respond to any issues we had. Building work across the road, a bit noisy and dusty at times but didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

We were a large family group visiting Spain for daughter's wedding. Villa was perfect and the pool with safety fence was a real bonus with a toddler. Plenty of seating and space around the garden enabled us to host some extended family get together. Location great for beach. We ate in most evenings and bbq and cooking facilities made this very easy - spoilt for choice with supermarkets within walking distance.
