Luxury 4 Bed Room Near Stadium

Everything was good

We loved the house we came into town to go to a Chiefs game. Perfect location to get to and from the stadium. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great the bedroom downstairs was not very convenient and did not have a window large enough to qualify as an emergency exit.

Easy location to baseball/football stadiums and a number of restaurants.

Good location, well decorated place. Owner was very responsive to concerns. We had a group of 10 people and had an enjoyable stay.

We loved how close the property was to everything and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the games and giant TVs. We wish the water pressure was better in the showers. And we often heard the firetruck sirens as it’s close a fire station.

Clean house, rooms are as advertised. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently for cooking for nine although we did purchase (and leave) some extra silverware. I gave the location a 3 star as parts of the neighborhood were a bit rough on the weekend, but the neighbors close by were very quiet, nice and respectful. Overall, we would rent again.

My family really enjoyed our time at the property. It has all the amenities of home and is exactly as described. We even had a snow day and went out to discover that the owner had shoveled the walk and the area around our vehicle. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall incredible weekend at this property! Great location for the KC game! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were super appreciative, he ensured our family could enjoy our time at the house! Property is beat up a bit being a rental but very CLEAN! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, blankets, and towels!!

Great home with a convenient locations for our needs. Close to many restaurants and store. Basement was a huge plus for kids.

Enjoyed our time together and appreciated the location. Need more silverware and plates for group of 8. Hot water in basement bathroom was just a trickle. That sink wasn't able to be used but we made do. Need blankets to fit bunk beds size in the basement.

This was the ideal location for us to all stay coming from different places to go to a concert at T-Mobile ; owner was very responsive when I asked questions as I was new to VRBO

Plenty of seating/gathering space - our family was able to spread out throughout the house. Extra towels in the linen closet was helpful. Location was perfect, with easy access to the interstate and close by the stadium. Fire station sounds did not bother us during our stay. Easy communication with property owner.

This house was amazing for our group, we made great memories together here. 100% recomend!

We had 7 of us staying for a game at Arrowhead stadium. We were able to Uber back and forth with ease. The house had plenty of space for all of us and great amenities. A large bag of ice in the freezer and bottles of water in the refrigerator were a great touch.

House was fantastic, a lot of space for sleeping big groups. Living room and basement couches excellent for watching tv with everyone. Walmart and food all within 2 minutes of driving and stadiums were less than 5 minutes away. Nice quiet neighborhood Great overall experience

The house was the perfect location for a Kansas Chiefs stadium tour! Close to great BBQ and breakfast.

Beautiful and specious property very close to the stadiums. We really enjoyed are stay here.

Property had nice space. Enjoyed the game room in basement, although lighting did not appear as bright as in photos. Upstairs floors are squeaky. Had few insects in bathroom and bedroom (spiders, ants, roly-poly). One set of sheets had dried blood and house seems to need a deep cleaning. Location is very close to fire station.

Big place if your staying with a group. The only recommendations its taking care of the property. Theres paint peeling from the walls and shower, some things are updated and nice but some things are worn down and not taken care of. Walls were also dirty and not clean. Bathroom door to the master wouodnt latch to stay closed.

Older house. Lots of broken/run down parts. Clean but very poorly stocked as far as amenities and linens, specifically trash bags laundry soap and hands towels. Next to fire dept. Annoying. Host responded seemed short and bothered. Would not stay here again.

Place was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably. It was clean when we had arrived. Only complain was that the towels were not completely dry. I would recommend this place again if traveling with a large group. Only 15 minute Ubers to to entertainment.

Beautiful home. Host responded quickly. Had a very fun and relaxing stay. Felt safe in the area. Within a short distance of many places to visit. Only complaint was seeing ants and spiders (just the time of year to spray for bugs in any home). Would highly recommend booking here!

We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them.

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls trip. Host was very quick to respond to all questions. House was large and gave us a lot of room to move a round and socialize.
