Luxury 3 floor Beach House w/ private beach access

Home was a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet. The community pool was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with what you need to prepare and serve meals. We like the Miramar Beach area and would stay here again.

We had an amazing week! This home is so conveniently located near the beach and pool. The homeowner responded to all my questions so kindly and so quickly. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean. Kitchen well stocked. We’ll be back!!

The location was good and the house provided enough space but the condition of the house was fairly dirty and worn down. Ceiling on the first floor has several water stains, 1 bedroom door had difficulty opening and closing, bunk beds are falling apart, bath towels are worn out, some of the outdoor furniture is broken, cushions are torn up and grill is on its last leg. The house could use some maintenance that would make a huge impact.

My family and I enjoyed this property and great location to the beach. The house could use some cleaning updates but overall we had a good experience.

The stay was generally good, but had issue with air conditioner not working on first level. Was 74-75 degrees until next morning, also HVAC TECH did not arrive until afternoon next day. Filter was beyond dirty and capacitor replaced..We did not have extra toilet paper and only partial rolls left. Realize we need to buy extra supplies but I think at least one extra roll should have been left. Some towels were very worn and stained. Even though these things I listed should not have occurred the stay and house were good. The host responded on a timely manor.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful house. The location was excellent and so close to everything. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next year.

Great beach access with not having to cross the busy road like many places in the area. House was clean and offered many extras such as beach chairs and baby gates. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our extended stay at Sunny Side Up. The kitchen was well stocked for any type of cooking. The home was lovely with every detail well thought out. We had one small maintenance issue about which we contacted John and he responded promptly and arranged to have it fixed the same day. Overall, we were very pleased and plan to return.

Our family spent Christmas and New Years at Trishelle's beautiful home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was wonderful, fully stocked with all cookware, plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware, for our party of 7. The pantry was also well stocked with spices and oils for cooking. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable for adults and kids alike. The beach umbrella and beach toys really made our beach visits more comfortable and fun! The location of the house is so convenient with a short and direct walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Trishelle is a wonderful host, she always responded promptly to our questions or requests. We would definitely like to return to this gorgeous house!

Hey y'all this home is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. You don't have to cross a busy road to get to the beach.Your close to all type of restaurants and shopping centers. Very clean and pet friendly. We will stay at this house again.

Great location .. short walk to the beach. Noisy neighbors as property overlooks nice backyard pool. But everyone was great about turning down music at bedtime! Would stay here again!
