Wood Run 101 is a beautiful ski-in/ski-out, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom plus loft

townhome that sleeps 10. This new build was designed and furnished with the

finest touches. The bottom level features a two-car garage with plenty of

space for ski gear and a washer and dryer for outdoor clothes. The main level

is an open concept with a kitchen and a living room. The dining table seats

six, with an additional four seats at the kitchen island. The living room

features a gas-burning fireplace as well as a small deck with breathtaking

views of the cabinet mountains. Also on this level is a half bathroom and an

additional washer-dryer. The top level features a master suite with a king

bed, cozy gas-burning fireplace, and expansive master bathroom with a double

vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an

ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a twin bed

and a twin trundle, sleeping two. The loft is accessed by a ladder anchored

into the wall, which features four twin bunk beds sleeping four. Please

double-check the pictures to make sure your party is comfortable utilizing the

ladder. The ski trail runs directly behind the unit and couldn’t be easier. In

the summertime, your group will love the air conditioning, still a rare

amenity at Schweitzer. This beautiful new townhome is the perfect escape for

groups of all types!



Wood Run is a luxury slope-side townhome community nestled below Schweitzer

Village. These four-bedroom, multi-level townhomes feature a spacious layout,

a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, a washer and

dryer, and a two-car garage. These units also feature air conditioning, which

is a rare amenity at Schweitzer. A homeowner’s trail behind the community

leads directly to the Creekside lift.

Management have access to the outdoor hot tubs and heated pool at the Selkirk

Lodge.
