It offers both privacy and tranquility while also being steps from the pier, world class beaches, unique shopping and a wide range of restaurants on the charming Avenida Del Mar Street. This newly remodeledand professionally furnished luxury villa is the perfect beach close getaway. Enjoy the unique experience of being away from the crowds but also being close and central to all the activity that San Clemente has to offer. This is one unit of a duplex, with a separate entrance and designed to be the stylish modern owner's unit, private from the other and spans about 2,800 square feet

The Space
Upon entry on the first level through a custom wood door and private courtyard there is a room with an outdoor shower, convenient for coming home from the beach! Then enter the wrought iron double doors to the foyer. The entry level is equipped with a private hydraulic elevator to all floors, making it convenient for anyone wanting to forgo the stairs. Luxurious hardwood floors and travertine floors reside throughout. The second floor features the spacious living room with sweeping ocean views, TV and fireplace. There are plenty of windows giving the space a bright and open feel.

The Kitchen
Located off the living room, this gourmet chef's kitchen showcases Thermador appliances, a 6-burner stove, double oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, huge walk-in pantry, expansive island for entertaining and opens to a dining area with a private outdoor deck and BBQ.

The Bedrooms
Primary Bedroom- located on the second floor (same level as living and kitchen), King size bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom- Located on the second floor (same level as living and kitchen), King bed, closet, French doors leading to private deck.

Third Bedroom- Located on the third floor. Queen bed and walk-in closet

Primary bath- En-suite from primary bedroom. Large claw tub, walk-in marble shower, double-vanity dual sinks

The third level, which is also accessible by elevator, is an entertainers dream complete with a family room, wet bar, full wine fridge, regular fridge, cabinetry, laundry room, a massive covered outdoor deck with white-water views, and outdoor heaters.

There is a garage available along with driveway parking on the left side of the property in front of the left 2 car garage. Street parking (no permits necessary) is also available

    Amazingly beautiful property. Fantastic location.Professionally decorated with high end materials. Good value.View in living area blocked by a tree that could be removed or trimmed. Otherwise this property is flawless.
